Education is intended not only to convey sense but arouse sensibilities as well. Education is teaching reasons and moving students. The process of moving is reflected in the process of teaching. Teachers can purposely design a concrete and vivid case with a certain emotional color in order to help students experience some emotion so as to help them understand their textbooks, master the basic points, develop their way of thinking, which, in fact, is situational teaching. This paper, from the view of educational theories and practice, illustrates the highlights of situational education and the way of how to apply situational teaching in the biology teaching in senior middle school. |
