Research On The Path Of Rural Public Space Reconstruction From The Perspective Of Farmers

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017,it was put forward to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization.It was clearly pointed out that the problem of agricultural and rural farmers was the fundamental problem related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and it was the top priority of the work of the whole party to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".As a result,the countryside has attracted more attention from all walks of life.The rural construction has attracted the attention of all parties,and a new round of rural construction upsurge has arisen.As an indispensable part of rural areas,rural public space is an important place for rural residents to carry out public activities and carry out daily communication.With the development of rural economy and the improvement of rural residents' production and living standards,farmers' requirements for public space are also constantly improving.Since the central government proposed to carry out the construction of new socialist countryside in 2005,the appearance of rural public space has been greatly improved,but there are still many deficiencies in varying degrees.For example,there is a lack of consideration for the actual needs of villagers and the actual situation of the countryside,a lack of public participation,the decline of rural characteristics,and low happiness of farmers.Based on the above background,taking Wulian County of Shandong Province as the research area,from the perspective of farmers,in-depth rural research,understanding the reality of rural areas,listening to farmers' demands,analyzing farmers' wishes,and then exploring the Reconstruction Path of rural public space,hoping to promote the construction of rural public space in line with the needs of farmers,help improve rural efficiency and overall image,and implement the Rural Revitalization war Slightly supportive.Based on the existing research results,this paper makes theoretical analysis and empirical investigation.Taking the typical villages in Wulian County of Shandong Province as an example,from the perspective of farmers,this paper makes an in-depth study on the reconstruction of rural public space in Wulian County.The main research contents are as follows:(1)the mechanism,objectives and principles of rural public space reconstruction are analyzed at the theoretical level;(2)the typical villages are selected This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of rural public space in Wulian County,and through the questionnaire survey,understands the cognitive status of farmers;(3)through the construction of index system,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the satisfaction of farmers with the current public space from the aspects of the place environment,public facilities,management services,place culture;(4)using the logistic regression model,From the characteristics of farmers themselves,family characteristics,cognitive status,14 indicators are selected to analyze the willingness of farmers to reconstruct rural public space and the main influencing factors;(5)based on the above research,the Reconstruction Path of rural public space in Wulian County is analyzed from many aspects.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the construction of rural public space in Wulian County has achieved some results,but there are still some shortcomings such as low quality of places,imperfect facilities,low participation of farmers,and low utilization rate;(2)the overall satisfaction of farmers to the rural public space in Wulian County is average,among which the evaluation results of farmers to the place environment and management services are average In other words,they are satisfied with the evaluation results of public facilities and unsatisfied with the evaluation results of place culture;(3)farmers are highly responsive and willing to participate in the reconstruction of rural public space,among which,the factors such as farmers' gender,political outlook,number of permanent residents,annual economic income,farmers' awareness of the importance of rural public space and their awareness of reconstruction benefits are positive On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,it is suggested that we should pay attention to the needs of farmers,improve the function of public space,adhere to people-oriented,improve the participation of farmers,make differentiated reconstruction strategies,focus on the multiple cooperation between farmers and other stakeholders,tap rural culture,and enhance the sense of belonging of farmers To promote the reconstruction of rural public space in Wulian County.
