| In recent years,the overburden of primary and secondary school teachers has aroused the attention of all walks of life to the problem of teachers’ burden reduction.At the National Conference on education in 2019,Minister Chen Baosheng put forward the policy of reducing the burden of teachers.At the end of December 2019,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued several opinions on reducing the burden of primary and secondary school teachers and further creating a good environment for education and teaching,and put forward specific opinions on reducing the burden of primary and secondary school teachers.So,under the background of the policy guidance,what is the current situation of the burden of primary school teachers in China? What are the problems?What causes these problems? How to solve these problems pertinently? This is the thinking and focus of the study.Based on the analysis of the relevant research,this study makes clear the connotation and significance of the burden of primary and secondary school teachers.Taking the primary school teachers in Q city as the research object,using the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation,it mainly investigates the current situation from the four dimensions of teachers’ working time,workload,non teaching work and teachers’ working pressure.The survey shows that under the background of the policy guidance,the work load of primary school teachers in working hours,teaching workload,non teaching work,and work pressure still exists.After the implementation of the policy of reducing the burden for students,the work load of teachers increases.After the issuance of the policy of reducing the burden for teachers,the work load of teachers does not change.Based on the current situation,it is found that the work load of primary school teachers at present The main problems are that the working hours of primary school teachers are still long,the extra-curricular workload of primary school teachers is large,the daily non teaching affairs of primary school teachers are still plagued,and the work pressure of primary school teachers has not been alleviated.The main causes of the above problems are that the society has high expectations for teachers,the school management system still needs to be improved There are four aspects that students and parents depend too much on teachers and teachers’ professional quality needs to be improved;therefore,to really reduce the work burden of primary school teachers,schools should improve themanagement system,teachers should actively improve their comprehensive quality,the requirements of society for teachers should be reasonable,and students and parents should reduce their dependence on teachers.The purpose of this study is to reduce the unnecessary work burden in the work of teachers,so that teachers have a healthy body and a good mental state to invest in education and teaching,improve the quality and efficiency of education and teaching,and let education return to its essence. |
