Research On The Training Mode Of Basketball Reserve Talents In Shandong Sports School Under The Background Of Integration Of Sports And Education

With the continuous improvement of China’s social modernization,Shandong Province Sports School continues to use the three-level training network and the combination of sports and education to train basketball reserve talents,resulting in unbalanced learning and training development of basketball reserve talents and lack of career planning.In 2020,the General Office of the State Council promulgated the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students ’Physical and Mental Health,"and deepened the integration of sports and education.Shandong Province actively implemented and promulgated a series of policies under the guidance of policies to promote the reform of sports schools in Shandong Province.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,historical research,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the sports schools in various cities of Shandong Province as the research object,and studies the development process,basic form and current situation of the training mode of basketball reserve talents in Shandong sports schools.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the training mode of basketball reserve talents in Shandong sports schools,puts forward the countermeasures for the training mode of basketball reserve talents in Shandong sports schools under the background of integration of sports and education,promotes the rapid development of the integration strategy of sports and education in Shandong sports schools,and provides scientific basis for the training of basketball reserve talents in Shandong sports schools.The results of this study are as follows:1.The Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau and the Education Bureau have successively issued a series of relevant policies on the integration of sports and education.Under the guidance of the policy,the development of county-level sports schools has been restored and the municipal sports schools in various cities have been optimized.The Shandong provincial government has issued policies to actively deepen the integration of sports and education in sports schools and increase the training of basketball reserve talents in sports schools.All cities in Shandong Province are also actively promoting the rapid development of the integration strategy of sports and education.2.Shandong Sports School innovates the competition under the background of the integration of sports and education,establishes a youth basketball competition system matching the cultivation of reserve talents,reforms the competition mechanism under the guidance of policies,expands the scale of competition,increases the number of games,and provides high-quality competitions for the cultivation of basketball reserve talents.3.Shandong Province Sports School basketball reserve personnel training presents three modes:Jinan mode,Tai ’an Weifang mode,Qingdao mode.Jinan model to maintain a high degree of autonomy in sports schools,sports schools are responsible for learning and training.Tai ’an Weifang mode is based on the joint running of ordinary middle schools.The management system of sports and education departments is jointly developed.The integration of ’teaching,training and competition’ guarantees the students of sports schools.Training and competition are arranged by sports schools.Resource complementarity solves the contradiction between students’ learning and training.Qingdao mode,while relying on ordinary middle schools,joins the characteristics of Qingdao Guoxin Haitian Club youth training,and implements the trinity training mode of sports school-school-youth training.4.The training mode of basketball reserve talents in Shandong sports school is developing in a good direction.At the same time,there are also imperfect aspects:coaches and cultural teachers are not enough;the contradiction between learning and training still exists;the training method is single,and the integrated development of sports schools and ordinary middle schools is not sufficient;the security mechanism is lacking;the selection and management mechanism is not perfect.The optimization path is:deepening the reform of sports schools;broaden the fusion depth;expand the propaganda of sports schools to accelerate the transformation of ideas;refine student training;broaden the construction of transmission channels;build a coaching team;build a complete competition system.
