Table tennis has been introduced into China for nearly a hundred years. It is of low requirements of Venues and equipment, and it’s easy to control the amount of exercise, etc. So it has a broad mass base and loved by our people. The level of China’s table tennis has been at the forefront of the world, and there is excellent table tennis players emerge in large numbers. Since the transition from the socialist planned economy to a market economy, China’s outstanding reserve personnel training system table tennis are also constantly changed. The traditional Amateur Sports School-provincial professional teams- the national team’s "three training system" can not adapt to the development of society. As the cradle of table tennis talent, Henan also made a positive contribution to China’s table tennis and a large number of table tennis players from Henan added luster to the motherland. But now, the development of table tennis career of Henan province has been plagued by the small number and low quality of reserve personnel. Looking for the province from primary to junior high school, junior high school to high school interrelated, tight fitting Reserve Table Tennis Talents way is the primary task we are facing.It makes a survey of the present situation of Henan ordinary schools and tennis resent situation, Henan Province sports team tennis and the amateur sports school in Henan tennis and makes Summary of the over tennis talent cultivation over the years thorough literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, and mathematical statistics. Through research and analysis of factors affecting the drawbacks of this model and the culture that occurred during the Talents Reserve, it makes the following conclusions:(1) Henan Province "teach-binding" model for the training of reserve personnel, exposing the competent department heads behind the concept in practice, pay attention to personnel training is not high, education and sports sectors and other issues are relatively independent.(2) Henan Province in the Reserve Table Tennis Talents training time and culture lesson time allocation show that training time sports team athletes amateur and far higher than the cultural lesson learning time, lower the athletes cultural qualities and moral training, and low employment rates after graduation; in ordinary universities and primary and secondary school-based or cultural courses, training time is generally 2h / day; however, compared with the general student achievement slightly behind.(3) Henan Province sports team athletes and amateur sports schools facing the difficulty of restructuring, difficult issues such as employment; Table Tennis Players College after graduating fewer people employed in the relevant professional and physical education; ordinary primary and secondary school enrollment rate table tennis players with respect to the ordinary low students.(4) Henan Province in the table tennis tournament settings, colleges and universities, primary and secondary school athletes ordinary 1-2 times per year the number of entries, and amateur sports school sports team table tennis players every year about 3-5 times the number of entries, and ordinary schools compared to more events, competitions athletes experience more abundant.(5) Most coaches each unit having a college education, intermediate professional titles and a long coaching experience. Amateur Sports School Coaches in sports team and more experienced, most professional sports experience; ordinary primary and secondary school PE teachers are mostly part-time coaches, professional level is relatively weak.(6) Schools in Henan Province and table tennis equipment is better, but the funding is more a lack of team building.(7) Sports team, amateur sports schools and ordinary schools, colleges and universities to cultivate Reserve Table Tennis Talents course, there are similarities in terms of training motivation, careers, training and funds; in training time and culture class time, event arrangement, differences in the quality of personnel and other aspects.(8)Quality young talent from abroad through experience and ordinary primary and secondary schools on the "teach-binding" model train successful athletes experience for our province, "combining education with" excellent tennis Reserves Training mode provides a feasible support.Based on these results, this text carries on some corresponding feasible countermeasures, which aims to resolve the problems appearing in the reserve table tennis talents training process in Henan province under "combination of education and sports" mode, and provide a theoretical basis and practical significance for the training of reserve table tennis talents in Henan province. The measures are as following:(1) Henan Province in promoting the "teach-binding" model practice, the relevant department heads and all units coaches, teachers in time to change the traditional concept of culture can not be left entirely to the task Talented amateur sports team or sports schools, should the ordinary school premises as the culture Reserve.(2) Henan Province in culture Talented tennis, governments should develop appropriate student-athlete academic standards, strict quality control from start enrollment, school coaches also should effectively ensure cultural lesson learning time athletes.(3) In studies of employment, government employment information to convey the need for timely, correct guidance of coaches to help athletes further education or employment, athletes take the initiative to improve their quality, and actively seek a way out.(4) To the unit, we can take measures as to supervise, to name and to recognize personal and material incentives and other means, in order to improve the enthusiasm of the coaches and the athletes.(5) Coaches are encouraged to participate in the national or provincial coaches training to enhance the professional quality of coaches to improve teaching ability.(6) Government and types of schools at all levels should ensure the construction of tennis infrastructure, increase financial investment.(7) According to the process of reserve personnel training commonalities and differences exist, targeted to improve, learn from each other, and ultimately achieve the purpose to improve the quality of talent.(8) Based on the outstanding foreign reserve personnel training experience and "teach-binding" mode the successful experience of domestic table tennis outstanding reserve personnel training, learning and culture to find a balance between competition and training; hire outstanding coaches into the schools to teach; scientific and reasonable arrangement training time and improve talent rates.
