At the end of last century,computers began to be popularized in China.With the development of China's social economy and Internet technology,computers have gradually entered ordinary families and become popular in people's life and learning.With the popularization of computer and the development of Internet technology,the network has begun to penetrate into all aspects of our lives.Many children in China have begun to contact computers,use tablets,mobile phones and other video games,while junior high school students use electronic devices more frequently,and mainly for social chat,online games,etc.the continuous penetration of the network has a great impact on junior high school students in China It affects the physical and mental health of teenagers.Because junior high school students are still in the growth stage,their mind is not fully mature,their self-control and restraint ability are poor,and they are easily attracted by online entertainment projects and indulge in them,while online entertainment projects are mostly full of violence and other factors that are not conducive to the growth of junior high school students,so long-term addiction to the Internet will not be conducive to the formation of junior high school students' Outlook on life and values,which will give junior high school students Growth after birth has a very bad effect.This article takes junior high school students in town C as the research object.On the basis of field investigation,combined with literature research method,in-depth interview method and questionnaire survey method,the status quo of Internet addiction of junior high school students in town C was analyzed.Of Internet addiction problem intervention,hoping to help X get rid of Internet addiction.Through in-depth conversations with X,X parents,teachers,and classmates,the author fully understands X's life and learning environment and the status of Internet addiction.After carefully analyzing the causes of X Internet addiction and assessing needs,he developed a detailed case intervention plan,By enhancing the self-controlling ability of X network use,cultivating beneficial interests and hobbies to divert attention from the network,improving parent-child relationship,obtaining family care and network use supervision,establishing normal social networks,and obtaining more support from social resources,etc.,to enable X network The problem of addiction has been greatly improved.After the case was intervened,X had a correct understanding of thenetwork,cultivated positive interests and hobbies,and greatly improved learning interest and self-confidence.The family parent-child relationship has also been significantly improved.Addicts gradually transformed into normal groups online.The author recorded the interview and communication with X and its related personnel and the intervention process,and summarized each intervention.After the case was completed,a comprehensive summary and in-depth reflection on the case service were conducted.Finally,it was concluded that case work involved in the Internet addiction problem of the service target is scientific and feasible.The case intervention can help junior high school students to improve the Internet addiction problem and help them return to normal school,Can also help Internet addiction junior high school students to build a more intimate parent-child relationship.
