Casework Intervention Research On The Adjustment Of Parent-child Relationship In "two-child Family"

With the introduction of the "comprehensive two child" policy in China,the number of new two child families is increasing day by day.There is no doubt that the arrival of the second child has played a positive role in the improvement of China's population structure,social stability and sustainable development of the country.However,with the arrival of new members,the family structure and members' roles have changed,which not only affects the long-term children whose habits are regarded as "the only",but also challenges their parents.Under the guidance of the concept of social work value,this paper,from the perspective of family system theory,uses the method of case work to explore how to improve the relationship between parents and children in the two child family.The author combed the relevant research results at home and abroad,established a cooperative relationship with the assisted family,collected data to carry out a comprehensive evaluation,and found that after the birth of the second child,the eldest daughter Xiaoli gradually became withdrawn and capricious,with some problematic behaviors.In addition,the author also found that the relationship between the eldest daughter and the father was alienated,and the relationship between the eldest daughter and the mother was entangled.According to the theory of structural family therapy,social workers intervene in the five steps of entering family,evaluating family structure,challenging family structure,reconstructing family structure and consolidating family structure.The results show that the case work intervention has achieved good results.Social workers correct the wrong cognition of the family members,clarify the responsibility and division of labor of family cloud formation,reconstruct the education concept and family communication mode of parents,make family conventions,strengthen the social support of the family to help the family establish the family structure,the family members have also changed,and the problem of parent-child relationship has been effectively solved.Finally,the author also summarizes and reflects on the content of the full study."The tension between parents and children of the two child family is a big social problem under the background of" comprehensive two children ".At the same time,it is also an important factor affecting the second child's willingness to bear in contemporary families.Only by solving this problem can we promote the better implementation of the second child policy.
