Case Work Intervention In Parent-child Relationship Of Disabled Rural Families

Under the background of rapid economic development and fierce social competition,the rural social structure has undergone profound changes,and the control of traditional cultural values on people has gradually weakened.In recent years,social problems such as rural left-behind children,left-behind elderly,left-behind women,"empty nest" families,and village "hollowing" have come one after another and have caused concern and reflection from all walks of life.The problems of rural families with disabilities are both complex and long-term.Poverty,low self-esteem,and low social support have hindered the normal functioning of family functions.This unhealthy family environment has caused offspring to be subtly affected in the process of growth.This has led to alienation between the aged parents and their offspring.As a discipline with strong practicality,social work is based on the professional concept of “Helping people to help themselves” and solves social problems through the process of “life affects life”.The role of social work in all areas of society is gradually highlighted.This article from the perspective of family social work,using the basic methods of casework and structured family therapy,a case study of the parent-child relationship of rural disabled families.In this study,H village was selected as the survey site.Two families of disabled persons were selected as service targets through observation and interview.The questionnaires were collected using questionnaires,unstructured interviews and observational methods,and the relationship between parent-child relationship;In the discovery of the problem based on the estimated needs of clients,and service targets together to determine service goals and service programs,In order to understand the family structure,adjust the family structure,clarify the boundaries of the family,and consolidate the family structure,the family was involved in the case and the case of the process And the results were evaluated;Finally,this case was a macro summary and reflection.The purpose of this thesis is to solve the communication and emotional problems of family members in parent-child relationship through the adjustment of family structure so that offspring can communicate with their parents proactively and resolve the emotional crisis of "empty nest" families and promote the traditional Filial piety culture,for the beautiful and harmonious contribution to the rural construction.
