College teachers are the vital force for the development of national higher education.They bear the important mission of rejuvenating the country through science and education and talent training.Creating a world-class university teaching team is an important guarantee for building world-class universities and first-class disciplines.As an important part of the field of human resources management for university teachers,the compensation system plays an important role in the protection and incentives of university teachers.Under the current national strategic background of China's vigorously promoting the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines,it can be used for reference in developed countries.Experience in the construction of the compensation system for college teachers,and building a competitive compensation system for college teachers is vital in mobilizing teachers' work enthusiasm and creating a safe working environment for teaching and research."Stones from other mountains can attack the jade",by analyzing the construction experience of the teacher compensation system of colleges and universities in the United States,Japan,and Germany,the main characteristics of the teacher compensation system of colleges and universities in the three countries are promoted in order to optimize the teacher compensation of universities in China Provide reference for system construction.The article takes the teacher compensation system of American,Japanese and German universities as the research object,and uses the comparative research method,literature research method and theoretical analysis method to obtain the main characteristics of the construction of the teacher compensation system in the three countries: teacher compensation level is competitive;fixed compensation proportion Large,adhere to the principle of “guarantee priority”;diversified university teachers' compensation adjustment mechanism;appropriately use performance evaluation index system;attach importance to the teacher's compensation system collaborative guarantee mechanism,and protect teachers' compensation rights and interests according to law.The construction of university teacher compensation system in the United States,Japan,and Germany has the following enlightenment to China: improve the competitiveness of teacher compensation levels and establish a diversified fund-raising mechanism;optimize the structure of college teacher compensation and adhere to the principle of "priority guarantee function";establish dynamic the teacher's compensation adjustment mechanism enhances the flexibility of the teacher's compensation system;optimizes the college teacher's compensation assessment process and standardizes the performance compensation assessment index system;strengthens the construction of teacher unions and improves the college teacher's rights and interests maintenance mechanism;improves college teachers' compensation-related laws and regulations and provides laws service.
