Under the background of strong sports country,the action of sports teaching Environment using software global free open development state Application will be more and more.As the premise of the existence and development of physical education,the Physical Education Environment permeates the whole process of physical education,which is one of the key factors to guarantee the smooth progress of physical education.A good physical education environment can improve the learning effect and physical quality of students,and improve the Quality high level of teaching.These results are of great significance to the building of a strong sports country.In this paper,a sampling survey was conducted in 12 universities in Chongqing by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,Borland,observation and mathematical statistics,through the distribution of student questionnaires,teacher questionnaires,expert questionnaires and on-the-spot observation of class attendance,we can find out the obvious factors,such as sports venues,sports working service longer features especially base work small PA class size,teachers 'team,etc.,to the semi-recessive factors,including the teaching routine and the behavior norm,this paper investigates the Teaching Environment of Public Physical Education in Chongqing Universities from three aspects: the traditional atmosphere of physical education,the values of students' physical education,the exchange of information among the participants,the interpersonal relationship,and the classroom atmosphere of physical education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching environment of Public Physical Education in Chongqing's undergraduate colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies,thus,it provides the direction for the education work of Chongqing universities and related education units,and promotes the scientific and effective development of the Public Physical Education teaching environment in Chongqing Universities.1.Based on the investigation results of dominant factors,the quality,quantity and variety of sports fields and equipment in some universities in Chongqing are not good,can Not satisfy the use in the physical education teaching process,also can not satisfy the student in the extracurricular exercise time use.In most schools,the teaching modelis optional,allowing including considered included years middle making business based people to choose their favorite projects,but the classes are over-crowded and mostly focus on 30-60 students,according to national standards and the number of teachers expected,students should be limited to 30 or less.The teaching staff is mainly composed of young and middle-aged teachers,who have high academic qualifications and rich teaching experience,but the number of PE teachers is too small to meet the needs of teaching.2.Based on the results of semi-recessive factors,teachers perform well in classroom routine and can prepare lessons regularly.The formulation of physical education curriculum is more democratic,but some schools are not based on teaching materials,which is not standard and reasonable.The teacher treats the classroom attitude very seriously,the student also quite satisfied to the teacher's organization form,but the student treats the physical education class the attitude is general,the teacher does not good in to the student sports clothing request aspect.3.Based on the results of investigation of recessive factors,the power cold exchange change point detailed explanations on sports technology,so as to improve the teaching effect and the satisfaction of the physical education classroom atmosphere.4.To optimize the teaching environment of Public Physical Education in Chongqing's undergraduate colleges and universities,from the perspective of dominant factors,it is mainly from the maintenance,construction of sports venues and equipment,improvement of utilization rate,increase of types,and reasonable arrangement of class size,in terms of semi-recessive factors,it mainly puts forward corresponding strategies from the aspects of teaching norms and teaching methods,and in terms of recessive factors,it mainly depends on the development of associations,teachers bring into play their own subjective initiative,increase the amount of class hours in several areas put forward the corresponding strategies.Therefore,it is necessary for schools,teachers and students to work together to create a good teaching environment.
