| Teacher professional certification is in the new stage of education development,to promote the reform of basic education,strengthen the ability of teachers,from the source of training high-quality professional innovative teachers a powerful starting point,boost the school education teaching work and talent training quality to a new level.The major of physical education has trained and sent a large number of physical education teachers to colleges and universities at all levels,but many deficiencies have been exposed in the process of personnel training.Professional personnel training program to a large extent influence and even decide the direction and quality of personnel training.Therefore,based on the standards of teacher professional certification,this study takes the training program of physical education major of public undergraduate colleges in Jiangxi Province as the research object,adopts the method of literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to make a comprehensive and in-depth comparative analysis of professional talent training programs,and analyzes the problems existing in the current training program.To improve the effect of personnel training,professional development of high quality put forward optimization suggestions.This study draws the following conclusions;1.Except for Jiangxi Normal University,which has passed the second-level certification,and a few colleges and universities preparing to participate in the secondlevel certification,the physical education major of most colleges and universities generally has problems such as lag in the adjustment of training programs,lack of content expression,substandard module setting and deviation from the overall positioning of the school.2.Specifically,compared with the certification standards,the training objectives of each major are not clear and perfect,and the setting of objectives is not accurate and does not match.In the graduation requirements,the existence of requirements set abstract,expression copy certification standards,failed to reflect the characteristics of the professional.In the course setting,there are some problems,such as unclear curriculum boundaries,unreasonable structure and substandard credits,and the degree of support for graduation requirements is not enough.In practice teaching,the lack of teaching reflection link,the cultivation of teaching skills is not enough.3.The main factors leading to the deficiencies of the current cultivation program are: Higher education workers do not pay enough attention to the reform and development of basic education.They fail to integrate the requirements and achievements of basic education reform into relevant courses in a timely manner,and do not know what primary and secondary schools are learning and teaching.Weak awareness of active participation in certification,wrong understanding of standards,direct application of standards,lack of professional characteristics;The utilization rate of local red resources,sports resources and school resources is not high,and the relationship between production,learning and research is not smooth enough.4.Suggestions for the optimization of the cultivation program are as follows;With professional certification as the standard,standardize the setting of training programs;Scientific orientation of training objectives,highlighting professional characteristics;Quantifying graduation requirements,refining training standards;Optimize the curriculum,adjust the curriculum structure;Enrich practice mode,strengthen teaching reflection. |
