Chinese teaching material is an important carrier for students to learn Chinese knowledge and skills,an important medium to reflect the instrumentality and humanity of Chinese subject,and it carries the important task of inheriting excellent culture.However,due to the drawback of "one outline and many copies" of Chinese textbooks,the state has taken the right to compile textbooks back to the central government,and "Compulsory Education Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education" was used in 2018.Teaching materials are the material undertakers of value orientation.It is of great significance to grasp the socialist core values of teaching materials for cultivating students' modern patriotic feelings.In this paper,the primary school of compulsory education Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education is referred to as "the Ministry of education" as the research object.With the help of NVivo qualitative analysis software,the dimension division and multimodal discourse analysis of the value orientation of textbooks are carried out,and the enlightenment is attempted.First of all,it expounds the research background and significance,explains the concepts of "value orientation" and "multimodal discourse analysis",combs and summarizes the current situation of the research on the value orientation of teaching materials,and puts forward the research methods of this paper.Secondly,this paper divides the value orientation of primary school Chinese textbooks into three dimensions:cultural value orientation,moral value orientation and political value orientation,and constructs a related Catalogue under each dimension,which is based on the number of texts,text content and picture content.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the value orientation of the primary school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of education.From the perspective of the multi-modal discourse analysis of the cultural value orientation,the value orientation of "gender difference" is mainly manifested in the male gender difference and the female gender difference,and analyzes from the aspects of social role,social status,personality characteristics,etc.;the value of "individualism and collectivism" takes To concentrate is to emphasize that individuals belong to the collective,the value orientation of "friendship" is mainly embodied in the protagonist's dedication and benevolence;the value orientation of "dedication" is manifested in others' pursuit of interests without seeking return.From the perspective of multimodal discourse analysis of political value orientation,the value orientation of "patriotism" is prominent,which helps to cultivate students' patriotic feelings;the value orientation of "praising leaders" is manifested as proletarian leaders,outstanding people,etc.Finally,starting from the research topic of this paper,it puts forward enlightenment and improvement suggestions,and then puts forward reference suggestions to textbook compilers and users.
