The author describes the changewhich is based on three aspects:the state’s postion in the state-ownedenterprise,employees’ self-identity feeling to the enterprise, employees’ sense ofidentity to the business management. In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes therelationship between environment of institution and regulation of organization. Thenthe author analyzes the authority of organization from the national environment tosocial to the stuff sense of authority. In the fifth chapter, the author obtains theconclusions of this study. This study uses the legitimacy perspective of institutional thought to observestate-owned enterprise’s authority, change of workers’ sense of identity from plannedeconomy system to market economy system period.Based on the interaction betweenthe organization and environment(macroscopic),we find that the state-owned enterprise’s unit system and the modern enterprese system are all restricted by thesystem of legitimacy.Based on the interaction between organization andworkers(microcosmic),workers’ sense of identity is organization’s basics. All in all, theconclusion is that: first, the authority of state-owned enterprise is changing graduallyfrom the State administration authority to enterprise authority.second, the managers’authority is increasing.third, the market transformation made the state-owendenterprise’s workers rely on the organization but not the state.fourth, market transitionmade the workers’ sense of identity to the state-owned enterprises from the value ofrational authority to the tool rational authority mainly.last, market transition made theworkers’ sense of identity to the state-owned enterprises from the belongingidentification to survive identification.
