This paper analyses the current situation of the vocational colleges management post performance salary system,and study of JDGY college management post performance salary system,combined with in-depth interviews of faculty,summarizes JDGY institute existing problems of the performance salary system,understand the management post staff appeal of existing performance pay system reform,in order to solve the performance salary system according to the existing problems,and meet the reasonable demands for the staff of management,improve the staff's working enthusiasm,in this paper,the performance salary system reforms were studied.This paper mainly adopts literature method and in-depth interview and other research methods.The literature method can understand the research trend and direction in the field of performance salary in public vocational colleges,analyze and draw lessons from previous research results,and find the theory and basis for my own research.The in-depth interview can effectively understand the management staff's recognition of the current performance salary system and their demands in the reform of performance salary system,as well as the differentiated needs of staff in different positions.Based on the existing performance pay system and the demands of faculty and staff for fairness,this paper has formulated a reform plan of performance pay system,including performance assessment ideas,new performance pay system and its safeguard measures.
