With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,today's society needs more and more talents with all-round development.The training of learning ability is to promote learners to become all-round people.Learning ability is a kind of comprehensive system produced in the process of learning,which is used to promote learners to carry out learning activities smoothly,complete learning tasks efficiently and promote their better development.Only individuals with learning ability can adapt to the needs of social development faster and realize their own value better.In recent years,there are more and more articles about the study of learning ability,but the study of learning ability from the perspective of Chinese subject is relatively less.Therefore,based on the current situation of Chinese learning ability of high-level students in primary schools,the author summarizes the influencing factors and puts forward relevant promotion strategies to provide reference for the development of Chinese learning ability of students.This study mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,borrows the formed primary school students' learning ability questionnaire to slightly adjust,takes the students of Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone as the survey object,selects a total of 300 high-level students from three primary schools in the zone to carry out the current situation survey of Chinese learning ability,processes and analyzes the data from the questionnaire,and then makes the data table to directly and clearly feed back the primary school Secondly,according to the feedback of the current situation,combined with the interview records of teachers and the characteristics of the students,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the Chinese learning ability of the high-level students in primary schools;finally,it puts forward the specific countermeasures to improve the Chinese learning ability of the high-level students in primary schools.The research concludes that the current situation of Chinese learning ability of high-level primary school students in this area is not optimistic,which is reflected in the students' unclear learning objectives,weak learning ability,lack of learning perseverance,weak learning creativity,etc.In view of the problems existing in the current situation of Chinese learning ability,this paper puts forward corresponding specific strategies from three aspects: teachers,schools and parents.Teachers: teachers improve their own quality,teachers improve the guidance of students,etc.;schools: increase the training of teachers,create a suitable learning environment,set up school-based courses with characteristics,advocate a diversified evaluation model,enrich teaching content and form,etc.;family rectangle: create a good family environment,improve the awareness of teachers,etc.
