The cultivation of pro-social behavior has always been the focus of people's attention,sharing behavior is an important part of pro-social behavior have more and more get the attention of people.Since the beginning of the new century,researchers,managers,and first line teachers in our country put a lot of manpower,material and energy into sharing awareness and sharing behavior,they have achieved some results,but there are some shortcomings: in sharing behavior,the age characteristics,gender differences,influence factors,training strategies and so on are mainly concentrated in the urban children's sharing behavior,and the current situation and influencing factors of sharing behavior,the training strategies are mostly separated,and the relative lack of the status quo of understanding children's sharing awareness and sharing behavior,analysis of the factors affecting the status quo and put forward the training strategy.In view of the above shortcomings,it is meaningful to put forward the corresponding training strategies on the basis of the empirical research on the status of children's sharing awareness and sharing behavior.This research adopts literature analysis,interview and experiment method,112 children aged 4-6 years old were studied in X city,Henan Province,combined with the interview results of children,teachers and parents,in depth understanding of the current situation of children's sharing awareness and sharing behavior,the conclusions as following:(1)Children's sharing awareness and sharing behavior in terms of age,whether the only child,there is no significant difference between urban and rural sources;different gender and family structure of children's sharing awareness and sharing behavior were significantly different,that girls are more likely than boys to make sharing behavior,non-core families more core families of children to share a higher level of awareness.(2)Children in the face of different things to share their shared awareness and sharing behavior,there are significant differences,bring their own items to share more,reward items to share less.(3)Children can share the degree of awareness,to share the extent of behavior differences.The extent to which shared consciousness is shared equally,generously,and self,will not be shared;the degree of sharing behavior from high to low followed by passive sharing,active sharing,not sharing,not sharing.(4)Children's sharing behavior and sharing of awareness is related to higher,but there is a phenomenon of sharing behavior development behind the sharing of consciousness.Through further analysis,we found that children's sharing awareness and sharing behavior had the following problems: Boys than girls are not good at sharing;Children in the core family sharing awareness is not high;bring items to share more than prizes to share;children's generosity sharing awareness and active sharing behavior are less;share behavior behind the sharing of awareness and other issues and deficiencies.This study suggests that the cause of the above problems may be: it related children's physical and psychological development of the rule;the difference between traditional culture and gender role consciousness;related to the number of families,parenting styles,parents' literacy;the attribution,nature,category and the influence of peer relationship.On the basis of this study,we put forward strategies to cultivate children's awareness and sharing behavior.First,to improve children's cognitive perspective taking ability,Using empathy training to help children to stimulate sharing consciousness,so that children can understand the sharing behavior.Secondly,we should pay attention to the influence of adult's example,the right to play a guiding role model,guide children learn to share.At the same time,the family and the kindergarten should provide sharing practice opportunities for children and tell children some sharing rules.Again,we should pay attention to the establishment of a good home for children to create a good atmosphere for the sharing of the party's efforts to achieve good educational results.Finally,strengthen the training of young children,but also pay attention to grasp the scale of share education.
