| School entrance preparation has always been a hot topic in the field of preschool education.Good school entrance preparation can help children smoothly change roles and adapt to the life of primary school life faster and better,and it also has a very important impact on the overall development of children in the future.The important factors affecting children’s entrance preparation include the concept of entrance preparation of kindergarten teachers and parents.It is of great importance to help kindergarten teachers and parents to realize the similarities and differences in their concepts of school entrance preparation,to promote the communication and cooperation between the two sides,to form a joint force in education,and to make joint efforts to improve the level of school entrance preparation of kindergarten children.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the current situation of teachers’ and parents’ conception of children’s entrance preparation for senior class,and to analyze the factors affecting teachers’ and parents’ conception of entrance preparation.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this study investigated the concepts of children’s enrollment preparation of senior class teachers and parents in 15 kindergartens in B city,Hebei province,and found that:First,the study shows that private kindergarten teachers have a higher understanding of the importance of school preparation than public kindergarten teachers,but there is no significant difference on the whole.However,the importance of entrance preparation was higher among the teachers in the large class of kindergarten with no establishment than among the teachers with establishment.Second,in terms of the importance of children’s entrance preparation for senior class,parents of public kindergartens have a higher understanding than parents of private kindergartens,and there is a significant difference.In addition,mothers have a higher understanding of the importance of children’s school preparation than fathers,and there are significant differences between fathers and mothers in the importance of learning quality,health and sports.Parents’ educational level and income level affect their conception of school preparation.Thirdly,in terms of the importance of kindergarten entrance preparation,parents’ understanding is higher than teachers’;But overall there was no significant difference;The importance of kindergarten teachers in social development,health and sports,and learning quality is higher than that of parents.Kindergarten teachers have a low understanding of the importance of cognitive development.The importance of cognitive development is highly recognized by parents of older children.The conclusion is that teachers’ conception of entrance preparation is influenced by kindergarten factors and whether they have their own organization.Moreover,parents’ conception of school preparation is influenced by education level and income level.Kindergarten teachers and parents attach different importance to various aspects of children’s entrance preparation.Therefore,in the process of school entrance preparation,teachers should constantly improve their professional level,parents should change the educational concept,clear role positioning,kindergarten to promote home co-education,for the communication between teachers and parents to provide conditions,integration of educational strength,to promote the completion of children’s school entrance preparation. |
