Good school readiness can help children enter primary school smoothly and adapt to primary school life,and teachers are an important factor affecting children's school readiness.Therefore,it is of certain significance to explore the relationship between teachers' school readiness concept and large class children's school readiness,and further reveal the relationship between teachers' school readiness concept and behavior.Using the methods of literature and case study,this study investigates the current situation of kindergarten teachers' concept of entrance preparation and children's entrance preparation,and further analyzes the relationship between them.The study found that:(1)in terms of teachers' concept of the content of entrance preparation,teachers' concept of the content of entrance preparation is at a high level as a whole;There is no significant difference in the concept of admission preparation content among teachers of different teaching ages;There are significant differences in the concept of admission preparation content among teachers with different staffing;(2)In terms of the school readiness of large class children,the school readiness of large class children is generally at a high level;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' concept of the content of school readiness and the school readiness of large classes of children.Therefore,this study puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of kindergarten and teachers: first,establish a "garden +school" cooperative relationship to provide teachers with opportunities for learning and communication;Second,provide primary school simulation space to provide conditions for children's independent practice;Third,regularly carry out education and training for teachers and parents in the whole park.Teachers: first,improve their professional quality and achieve "unity of knowledge and practice";Second: choose the activity form suitable for the content of school preparation.
