| Education is the foundation for a hundred years.Teachers are the foundation of education.On September 9,2014,General Secretary Xi proposed to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school teachers and improve their professional quality,ability and level.With the rapid development of society,China’s demand for teachers is higher and higher.As a kind of educational practice that can improve the development of teachers’ professional level,famous teachers’ studio has been promoted.This paper follows the logical system from “should be” to “should be”and then to “should be”,starting from the guidance of experts in pedagogy,and taking the famous teachers’ studio in primary and secondary schools as the carrier,studies the famous teachers’ studio under the guidance of experts in pedagogy.By referring to Professor Sun Miantao’s analysis of the mode of scholars’ boosting school reform,the paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of the mode of "internal triggering Exhibition" of pedagogical subject experts’ guiding famous teachers’ studio,and analyzes six basic categories of guiding goal,guiding subject,guiding object,guiding content,guiding method and guiding management.Then it analyzes the current situation of the famous teachers’ studio under the guidance of experts in pedagogy,finds out the existing problems,and studies the problems according to the expert guidance mode of "internally initiated Exhibition",in order to provide reference for the practice of the famous teachers’ studio under the guidance of experts in Pedagogy,and deepen and develop the theory of teachers’ professional development,the theory of teachers’ Continuing Education and training,and the theory of teachers’ professional development Educational theory and educational management theory.This study includes four aspects.In the first part,the origin,significance,purpose and content,literature review,research methods and ideas of this study are systematically elaborated.The second part is the theoretical construction of the expert guidance mode of "internal triggering Exhibition".It mainly expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis of this study,and determines the logical starting point and basic category of this study.Guided by the theories of constructivism,dialogue and cultural action,lifelong education,teachers’ professional development and school reform and development mode,the theoretical system of this study is constructed.Then on this basis,it constructs the specific category of the expert guidance mode of "internal triggering Exhibition".The third part analyzes the current situation of thestudio of famous teachers in primary and secondary schools.This chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of the famous teachers’ studio in primary and secondary schools under the guidance of the experts of pedagogy by means of interview and literature.Through sorting out the survey results,it is found that there are some problems in the famous teachers’ studio in primary and secondary schools under the guidance of the experts of Pedagogy: the pressure of the guidance subject is large,the motivation of the guidance object is insufficient,the guidance objective is vague,the guidance content is not reasonable,the guidance method needs to be improved,and the guidance method needs to be improved There are six aspects of immature management mechanism.The fourth part is the research on the improvement of the famous teachers’ studio in primary and secondary schools.According to the main problems in the previous article,according to the expert guidance mode of "internally triggered Exhibition",this paper puts forward improvement suggestions from six categories: guidance objective,guidance subject,guidance object,guidance content,guidance method and guidance management. |
