For better meets the development of the teacher team the education department of our country,launched the "Sanming Projects".The famous teacher studio is one of the important projects.The Famous history teachers' studio can not only gives full play to the leading and demonstrative role of history teachers,it is an important platform for the professional growth of middle school history teachers,but also serves as a link and bridge for the transformation of academic research results of history disciplines.The Changsha Famous History Teacher's Studio started in 2010.For the following ten years,it has formed a three-level development hierarchy of "City-county(district)-school(group school)".The author uses on-site interviews and case analysis as the main research methods to analyze the general situation of the establishment of The Changsha Famous History Teacher's Studio,the specific path of teacher professional growth,construction experience and role,and analyze the problems in the construction process,and propose optimization strategies.The Changsha Famous History Teacher's Studio are formed under policy support and spontaneous construction.The operation mechanism is mainly divided into conventional management mechanism,daily operation mechanism,and assessment reward and punishment mechanism.Through on-site interviews and data analysis,the ten-year development history of Changsha Famous History Teachers' Studio is summarized into four stages: initiation,development,maturity,and diffusion.On the basis,explore the main development of the studio and summarize the professional development path of history teachers under the Changsha Famous History Teacher's Studio.In addition,the construction experience of The Changsha Famous History Teachers' Studio is analyzed: activity theming,teaching and research centralization,construction results,and training specialization.The Changsha Famous History Teachers' Studio plays an important role.It is the cradle of famous teachers and promotes the professional growth of history teachers;it is a teaching base and improves the quality of regional history teaching;it is a research platform that improves the level of scientific research and teaching and research of history teachers;it is a radiation center has expanded the radiation of history teaching resources.There are certain deficiencies in the operation mechanism,teacher d evelopment,activity development and teaching research in the developme nt of The Changsha Famous History Teachers' Studio.In the operating mechanism,there are mainly problems such as insufficient long-term planning and insufficient funds;in the development of activities,historical teaching and research activities are difficult;in teaching research,there are deficiencies in history teaching problems in primary and high schools;in teacher development,history teachers' internal driving force is insufficient,and it is difficult to sustain growth.In response to these problems,the establishment of a supervisory mechan ism to implement the work plan,and the establishment of a flexible fundi ng mechanism to solve problems such as difficulty in the use of funds;through the network research to supplement,strengthen the cooperation with the historical teaching and research group,enrich the way of historical teaching and research activities;in teaching research,strengthen the history teaching research of primary and high schools;in the development of teachers,the establishment of a lasting power mechanism to become the driving force for the development of the studio.
