| Education expert studio is an emerging project for the construction of high-level education talents in the new era.It is also an action to response to the reform of the teaching staff in the 21 st century which calling for famous teachers and experts and building teacher professional community.In recent years,various provinces and cities in China have successively promoted the construction of education expert studios.In conjunction with national and regional education development plans,localized and characteristic education expert studios are gradually active in the field of teacher training.Therefore,this study takes Guangzhou X Education Expert Studio as the research object,and comprehensive use of literature method,case method,investigation method,textual analysis method to carry out the research.Then,explore how principal or teachers who join the studio can promote their professional development and how the studio can play a role in school improvement.A series of preliminary research work based on clear research background,purpose,meaning,content,method,thinking,etc.and sort out relevant literature.This study deeply analyzes the status of operation of X Education Expert Studio and has the following research findings.The X Education Expert Studio is made up of nine members and an education expert leader X,which position of operation is comprehensive use studio resources provide "one person,one case" service for members’ personalized professional development.Combining the expertise of leader X and the needs of the members on professional development,the operation of this studio points to school improvement.Correspondingly,the objective of operation,form of activities,mechanism of guarantee,and assessment of studio were formed.The mechanism of action of X Education Expert Studio is summarized from the status of operation.Through various interactions and the establishment of relationships,the leader demonstrates,leads,and guides the members,and the members achieve training,reflection,and growth.The various resources of this studio are used not only for the professional development of members,but also for the improvement of school where members work.Therefore,with the joint efforts of all members of studio,the effectiveness of operation of studio are more significant: promoted the improvement of the school of members;lead members of studio to achieve self-transcendence and professional improvement;expanded the radiation impact of studio on training for educational talents.However,the X Education Expert Studio also showed some problems in the operation: first,structure of the team of studio is not reasonable;second,form and frequency of collective activities of studio are less;third,the level of collaboration of members is not deep enough;fourth,assessment and evaluation of studio are not really implemented.The above problems are mainly affected by factors such as the participation of members,the management of leader,and the system of studio.In order to promote the effective operation of X Education Expert Studio,the following suggestions are made: improve the architecture of system and consolidate the foundation of development for studio;increase efforts of various support to ensure the efficient of operation of studio;enhance the inner cohesion of studio and build education expert community;improve the mechanism of evaluation to promote the sustainable development of studio. |
