As outdoor autonomous games continue to be loved by young children,major kindergartens have also started such games.As an important role in the game,the teacher's educational concept directly affects the smooth development of outdoor autonomous games.This study investigates and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of preschool teacher education concepts under outdoor autonomous games to improve the research on preschool teacher education concepts.The researcher edited a questionnaire on the current situation and influence factors of preschool teacher education concept under outdoor autonomous games to analyze the current situation of teacher' education concept in preschool and the factors affected by it.The questionnaire consists of two parts,the status and the influencing factors,which are distributed together when they are issued.The study selected different levels of public and private kindergarten schools for stratified random sampling.A total of 300 preschool teachers were selected.Analyze the current situation of preschool teacher education concept in the four dimensions of education,child,teacher,safety and evaluation.The influencing factors questionnaire combined with the existing research will analyze the influencing factors of preschool teacher's education concept under the outdoor autonomous games from three factors:teachers' factors,kindergarten factors,and social factors.After removing the invalid questionnaire and reliability and validity test,the Alpha reliability of the current questionnaire is0.936,and the split-half reliability is 0.887.The Alpha reliability of the influencing factor questionnaire is 0.895,the split-half reliability is 0.764,which meets the standard and can be used for data analysis.Finally,a formal questionnaire was used to investigate 700 preschool teachers of different kindergartens in Shenyang.In order to better understand the status and influencing factors of the concept of teacher education,this research compiles an outline of interviews,and draws 15 teachers in kindergarten from five types : Shenyang Educational and Institutional Kindergarten Schools,Troops' Kindergarten Schools,School-owned Kindergarten Schools,Enterprise Kindergarten Schools,and Private Kindergarten Schools.(3 from each kindergarten,a total of 5 × 3 = 15)were interviewed on the current status of preschool teacher education concepts and influencing factors.Researchers use spss21.0 to do the descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of variance in status research and use spss21.0 and amos23.0 to do the correlation analysis and regression analysis in factors research.The results show that:1.The overall concept of preschool teacher education under outdoor games is better,but it needs to be further improved.After investigation and analysis,the view of safety was the best,followed by the view of children and evaluation,and the view of teachers was the worst.2.Teacher education concepts generally differ in terms of teaching age,academic qualifications,and type of school,etc.,mainly as follows:(1)The education concept of kindergarten teachers whose education age is less than 1 year is slowly increasing.The education concept of kindergarten teachers is growing rapidly in 1-3years and 4-6 years,and it reaches the highest level of education concept in 7-10 years.Teacher education ideas for more than 10 years continue to decline.(2)Differences in educational concepts of preschool teachers: The higher the academic qualifications,the better the educational concepts of teachers,and the preschool teacher education concepts are gradually reduced from graduate students to secondary school students.(3)Differences in teacher education concepts in kindergarten types: Teachers of private Kindergarten Schools have the lowest education concept among the five types of kindergartens in outdoor autonomous games,while Educational and Institutional Kindergarten Schools,Troops' Kindergarten Schools,School-owned Kindergarten Schools,Enterprise Kindergarten Schools,and Private Kindergarten Schools are similar.Among them,Troops' Kindergarten Schools scores are higher,Educational and Institutional Kindergarten Schools,and School-owned Kindergarten Schools are followed closely,and the scores that are slightly lower are Enterprise Kindergarten Schools.3.There are differences in the dimensions of preschool teachers' educational concepts in outdoor autonomous games in terms of teaching age,academic qualifications,and types of schools.The main manifestations are:(1)There are extremely significant differences in the view of children in terms of teaching age,significant differences in academic qualifications,and no significant differences in the type of kindergarten.(2)There are significant differences in teachers' perspectives on teaching age,extremely significant differences in the types of kindergartens,and no significant differences in academic qualifications.(3)There are extremely significant differences in the concept of safety only in terms of teaching age,and there is no significant difference in terms of academic qualifications and kindergartens.(4)There is an extremely significant difference in the evaluation concept in terms of teaching age,and there is a significant difference in the academic qualifications and the type of school.4.teachers' factors are the most influential factors on the concept of preschool teachers' education;kindergarten factors have a significant effect on the concept of preschool teachers' education.Social factors indirectly affect the concept of education for preschool teachers throughteachers' factors and kindergarten factors.
