Outdoor construction games are important behaviors for children to explore the world and master various skills,and are an entertainment activity that children must experience in their growth.The "Kindergarten Work Regulations" issued by the Ministry of Education clearly states that "kindergarten education should take games as a basic activity and incorporate education in various activities." As one of the most characteristic game activities in kindergarten,outdoor construction games are self-evident.The modern education concept emphasizes learner as the center,in the preschool education,the theory of the development zone recently shows from another angle: Children can't be fully developed without the effective intervention of teachers.First of all,the educational policy issued by kindergarten is the theoretical basis and basis for teachers' intervention behavior.In addition,the educational environment in the kindergarten and the professional capability of teachers are the key factors for teachers to intervene.At present,the author summarizes the following problems in the current teacher intervention behavior of outdoor construction games in kindergartens:Lack of intervention,the timing of intervention is not in place,the intervention method is single and the self-reflection ability is insufficient.Therefore,it's particularly important to propose effective intervention strategies for outdoor construction game teachers in kindergartens.The research is composed of 4 parts:The introduction part mainly sorts out the reason,background and current situation of the research topic,and made a detailed overview of the research content,purpose,significance,research ideas and methods.Chapter 2 defines the concept of "outdoor construction games" and summarizes the characteristics of outdoor construction games.Different from indoor construction games,outdoor construction games show their uniqueness in terms of both the time and space of the game,as well as the game materials,forms and subjects,then from the perspective of the necessity of teachers' involvement in the game,it's shown that the teachers' intervention is not only supported by scientific theory,but also aninevitable requirement for the development of children's abilities and teachers' professional literacy.In chapter 3,observation methods,interview methods,case analysis methods are used to summarizes the current situation of teacher intervention in outdoor construction games in kindergartens and conducts attribution analysis based on the practice of outdoor construction of kindergartens.First,summarize the problems of teachers' intervention awareness,timing and methods,and their professional qualities.Then conduct attribution analysis from the perspective of children,teachers and kindergartens,and improve and enhance from the aspects of teachers and kindergarten managers.Chapter 4 is based on the current situation of effective intervention of teachers in outdoor construction games in kindergartens,using case analysis and interview methods,and puts forward strategies and corresponding improvement methods for effective intervention of teachers in outdoor construction games in kindergartens.On the one hand,the leaders of the park should pay attention to the intervention of teachers and create an environment to support the intervention of the teachers,take root in the practice of educational activities,and realize the educational role of teachers.On the other hand,teachers themselves should intervene in the game with a positive attitude;Improve the ability to intervene in terms of the timing of intervention,role positioning,self-summation,etc.,truly achieve effective intervention,and play the educational function and significance of children's game activities. |
