It is also an important part of China’s education in the new era.To some extent,it is related to the improvement of the overall national education quality.The competence level of preschool teachers has a direct impact on their work,study and life.Their educational behavior will also have a great impact on the healthy growth of children.On the basis of literature analysis,the questionnaire is applied to Tianjin A District and B Kindergarten teachers in the district were investigated.Take random sampling method,select in each area Ten Public kindergartens,Ten Private kindergartens were investigated.Total questionnaires Three hundred and thirty Valid questionnaires were collected Three hundred and seventeen Copies.It is found that the competence of kindergarten teachers is above the middle level,but the ability of scientific research and leading is low,which needs to be further improved.Different types of kindergarten teachers have significant differences in competence.In terms of age variables,teachers over 40 years old have higher competence,followed by teachers between 31-40 years old,and teachers under 30 years old have the lowest competence.In terms of education variables,teachers with master’s degree have higher competence,while those with other degrees are lower.In terms of professional title variables,the competency level of teachers with senior professional titles is the highest,and that of teachers with junior and lower professional titles is the lowest.On the variables of professional counterpart or not,preschool education teachers have higher competence level.On the variables of the nature of the kindergarten,the teachers of public kindergartens scored higher and had higher competence level.In the regional variables of kindergarten,the scores of urban kindergarten teachers are higher,significantly higher than that of township kindergarten teachers,with a higher level of competence.The kindergarten teachers with and without children scored higher than those without children.In order to promote the competence level of kindergarten teachers,this study suggests that we should start from the following aspects: strengthen in-service training,strengthen the attention of kindergarten teachers to improve their own scientific research level,attach importance to the improvement of young kindergarten teachers’ competence,give full play to the role of high-performance teachers,support the development of private and township kindergartens,kindergarten teachers also We should do a good job in self reflection and improve our competence through efforts.
