| Kindergarten teachers are an important part of preschool education and an important force to promote the high-quality development of preschool education.The high-level and high-quality development of preschool education is inseparable from the teachers with high work engagement and high Job identification.The sense of Job identification of kindergarten teachers directly affects the level of work engagement of preschool teachers.Therefore,it is imperative for kindergarten teachers to get organizational identity,social identity and self-identification,so as to facilitate their work engagement level and thus meet the needs of different levels of young children.Develop and promote the vigorous development of preschool education.In this study,228 kindergarten teachers from 18 public kindergartens in Hexi District of Tianjin were selected as the survey objects.Through questionnaire survey,the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ job identification and work engagement status was explored.in conclusion:(1)Kindergarten teachers’ job identification is at a medium-to-high level,with a high sense of self-identity and school organizational support,and a low sense of social support.(2)Kindergarten teachers’ job identification has certain differences in marriage,age and income.Married kindergarten teachers have higher job identification,school organization support,social support and self-identification than unmarried kindergarten teachers.The job identification,social support level and self-identity of kindergarten teachers under 40 are significantly lower than those over 40 years old.Kindergarten teachers with incomes above7,000 yuan have a work identity and social support level that is significantly higher than that of preschool teachers below 7,000 yuan.There is no significant difference in the job identification of kindergarten teachers and whether the majors are preschool education,teaching age and teacher titles.(3)The overall level of work engagement of kindergarten teachers is relatively high,among which work responsibility,work value and work concentration level are higher,and work pleasure is the lowest.(4)There are some differences in the marital status,age and income level of work engagement of kindergarten teachers.Married kindergarten teachers are significantly higher than the unmarried kindergarten teachers in the total level of work commitment,work pleasure,work value,work responsibility and work focus.Kindergarten teachers over the age of 41 are significantly higher than the under 40-year-old kindergarten teachers in terms of overall work engagement,work pleasure,work responsibilities and work focus.Kindergarten teachers with incomes above 7,000 yuan have significant differences in the total level of work engagement and job pleasure.There is no significant difference between the level of work engagement ofkindergarten teachers and whether the majors are preschool education,professional title level and teaching age.(5)The job identification of kindergarten teachers is significantly related to the level of work engagement.The job identification of kindergarten teachers has a significant positive correlation with the overall level of work engagement and its four dimensions.The three dimensions of school organization support,social support and self-identification are significantly positively correlated with work engagement and its various dimensions.Therefore,job identification has a significant positive predictive level of work engagement. |
