In recent years, the construction of teachers' team and the encouragement of teachers' work have become the focus of widespread concern in all walks of life. The development of education has risen to a major national development strategy. In the process of education reform, the construction of teacher teams and the motivation of teachers' work have become key areas of concern, which are related to the development of the entire educational cause.Active work input brings vitality, concentration and dedication to the work of teachers, and obtains the full emotion of joy and happiness in the work, which not only helps to improve the physical and mental health, work ability and performance of teachers, but also further promoted the level of performance of school organizations and ultimately constitutes the cornerstone and driving force for the improvement of national education quality. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the current situation of teachers' work investment and explore its influencing factors and effects on the development of education in the new era.Based on the individual-job matching theory and job demands-resources model, this paper explores the current status and influence factors of teachers 'work input, and finally examines the effect of work input on teachers' teaching results, constructed the theoretical model between job requirements, work resources, work input and work performance, and a causal chain of "work requirements and work resources-work input-work performance" was formed.Aiming at the above-mentioned theoretical model, the “Outline of Interview Questions for Teachers' Job engagement and its Influencing Factors ”and the“ Questionnaire for Teachers 'Job Input and Influencing Factors” were designed as research tools, including the work requirement scale and the amount of work resources Scale, work input scale, and teaching outcome scale.Furthermore,by conducting field interviews with 10 primary and junior high school teachers in City C and conducting a questionnaire survey with 478 teachers, obtained relevant research data for the above core concepts.By establishing a structural equation model of work requirements, work resources, work input, and teaching results, explored the logical relationship between the above latent variables. The research conclusions show that work requirements have a significant negative impact on job engagement;after dividing work resources into personal resources(interpersonal support dimension)and organizational resources(organizational management dimension),it is found that interpersonal support has a significant positive impact on teacher's job engagement, but for organizational management has not shown a significant promotion.Furthermore, the research conclusions found that job engagement promoted teachers' teaching results and played a significant mediating effect between job requirements and teaching results, interpersonal support and teaching results, however,no mediating effect of work input on organizational management and teaching results was found.Based on the above research process and research conclusions, the possible theoretical innovations and practical significance are mainly reflected as follows: First, based on the existing job demands-resource model, this article further explores the impact of work engagement on job performance, thereby the current research framework of "work requirements and work resources-work input" is further extended to clarify the impact of work engagement on teachers' job performance.Second, compared with job requirements, most existing studies have focused on the positive impact of work resources on work engagement, while job requirements have received less attention. This paper further pays attention to the effect of job requirements on work engagement, and then makes up for the theoretical gap of job demandsresource models in the work psychology and behavior research of teachers in elementary and middle schools. Finally, this article breaks down work resources at the individual and organizational levels from a more inclusive perspective. On the one hand,it examines the impact of individual teachers' personal interpersonal support resources on the level of work engagement. At the same time,it also explores the impact of organizational management on the level of teacher's work engagement. From the perspective of micro-individuals and meso-level organizations,it explores the impact of work resources on teacher work engagement and work performance,on the basis of the existing research, the research on the impact mechanism of work resources on work engagement is further deepened. At the same time, this article also has certain practical significance for the current reform of education and teacher management.First, this article provides some theoretical references for the current construction of the teacher team and the improvement of the teacher incentive system. It clarifies the impact of job demands and work resources on teacher work engagement, and helps school managers to continuously improve and optimize teacher motivation, teachers' interpersonal communication environment and organizational management environment.Secondly, this paper explores the influencing factors of teachers' work engagement and the impact of work engagement on teaching results,so as to provide some theoretical support for improving the quality of education.Teachers are the carrier of teaching quality.By effectively motivating teachers 'work engagement level, teachers can significantly improve the teaching results of teachers, which not only promotes the improvement of individual teachers' work performance, but also provides motivation for the overall improvement of educational quality.
