Integrated STEM education cultivates students' ability of interdisciplinary thinking,logical thinking,problem solving and cooperation and other capabilities.With the development of 21 literacy,the evaluation of STEM education ability has been widely concerned.According to the evaluation requirements,international organizations have issued some evaluation frameworks and evaluation tools to evaluate the cooperative problem-solving ability in STEM education.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which combs the related literature at home and abroad,determines the research issues,contents,ideas and values,and discusses the connotation and characteristics of STEM education;the second part discusses the historical development and evolution of STEM education in the United States as well as the basic elements of stem education evaluation.The basic elements of STEM education evaluation include the concept of stem education evaluation,as well as its subject,content and standards,information collection methods and tools,and discusses cooperative problem solving ability and its training in STEM Education;the third part introduces the evaluation framework of cooperative problem-solving ability in stem education which is representative in the world,and compares and analyzes the evaluation of cooperative problem-solving ability in STEM education from two dimensions framework;the fourth part discusses three cases of domestic and foreign scholars using the evaluation tools developed by the evaluation framework to implement the evaluation of cooperative problem-solving ability in STEM education,and makes a comparative analysis of the three evaluation tools from two dimensions;the fifth part is the conclusion,which provides suggestions for the evaluation framework and evaluation tools of cooperative problem-solving ability in STEM education in China.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation framework of collaborative problem-solving ability distributed by OECD,atc21 s and American scholars from two aspects of compilation and index selection,it is concluded that it is more appropriateto adopt the method of cross dimension in the compilation of the evaluation framework of collaborative problem-solving ability,and it is necessary to add the dimension of interdisciplinary thinking.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation tools of cooperative problem-solving ability from the two aspects of tool type and task whether there is problem situation,it is concluded that when developing the evaluation system of cooperative problem-solving ability,it is more effective to use computer technology,and its task is better to have problem situation.
