Purpose:The purpose of these study was to investigate two groups of Chinese college students football player in 12 weeks FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up exercises and traditional warm-up exercises on their knee ankle motion perception and dynamic balance test performance,to explore what FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up exercises effect on Chinese football players lower limb joints motion perception and physical ability of dynamic balance and whether it is suitable for Chinese.Methods:In this study,30 athletes from the class of 2013 football in Shanghai sports academy were selected randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group received 12 weeks of FIFA11+ comprehensive warm-up exercise,and the control group was trained according to the traditional warm-up method.Before for intervention,we will text each subject in Single-legs HOP Landing,Squat on the Balance Board,Dominance legs Squat on the Balance Board and Blind CMJ.Acquisition subjects around the knee,ankle movement perception threshold,single foot jump HOP,balance board COP in the squat action under the migration path,each action to complete three effective acquisition,close your eyes straight vertical jump 10 times in a row,participants subjects collected around heel trajectory.After the intervention,after the test,the same index was collected.For the control group and the intervention group,the data were measured before and after the intervention,and the significance level was 0.05.Results:(1)The test results of knee and ankle motion perception showed that,after intervention,both the right knee flexion of the intervention group(P<0.01)and the left knee extension(P<0.01)were significantly smaller than the control group.After intervention,there was a significant difference between the right ankle abduction group(P<0.01)and the left ankle abduction(P<0.01)and the control group.The control group showed no significant difference before and after intervention.(2)Single-legs HOP Landing test results show that after intervention,the intervention group will be significantly less in the Y direction deviation distance(P<0.05)in the control group,in the X direction,intervention group than the control group,but there was no significant difference;After intervention,the deviation distance of the X direction was significantly less than(P<0.05),and the deviation distance of the Y direction was significantly lower than that before(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the control group before and after intervention.(3)Squat on the Balance Board test results show that the control group and intervention group under the balance disc before intervention squatting test there was no significant difference of X,Y direction migration,intervention before the intervention group and control group under the balance disc squat action stability there was no significant difference;After the intervention,the X direction deviation distance,will be significantly less intervention group(P<0.05)in the control group and intervention group in the Y direction migration distance is less than the control group,it can be seen in the squat action under the balance disc,after intervention,intervention group's offset distance is less than the control group.(4)Dominance legs Squat on the Balance Board tests under balance disc movement,the intervention group after intervention advantages under the single leg squat legs stability significantly better than the control group(P<0.05,X?Y direction),and the offset distance in the X direction(P<0.01),significantly less than before.(5)Blind CMJ test results showed that after intervention,the intervention group compared with control group,the offset distance is very significant difference(P<0.01),compared with before intervention group intervention,the offset distance and offset Angle is smaller.Conclusions:(1)After FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up training intervention,intervention group subjects knee,ankle proprioceptive stronger on the analysis of the movement ability,significantly reduce the knee,ankle movement perception threshold,intervention group subjects knee,ankle subject feel better.(2)After 12 weeks of FIFA11+ comprehensive warm-up training,improved the stability of the joints by exercising the muscles of the core area,and improved the dynamic balance ability of the subjects in the intervention group.(3)The traditional model of warm-up training had no significant effect on the sensation and dynamic balance of the knee and ankle.
