| "Talent Transfer Program" is an important measure for China's competitive sports system reform and preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games.Aiming at the reality of China's Olympic projects "Summer project is strong,winter project is weak" and the development of emerging projects and winter projects,it is an inevitable move to implement Talent Transfer Program across the country for "full participation and shortcomings" Able to train athletes who can participate in world competitions in a faster time.But at present,China's Talent Transfer Program is still in its infancy,and there are few existing relevant studies.Therefore,this research enriches the content of Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China by studying the multiple demands,Multidimensional characteristics and practical revelation of Talent Transfer of competitive sports.This article mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview method,case analysis method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.Firstly,it logically sorts out the relevant research of Talent Transfer and briefly explains the relevant theoretical basis in the article On this basis,a more in-depth analysis of the multiple demands of Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China.Secondly,analyze the characteristics of the current implementation of Talent Transfer materials in China,and analyze the Multidimensional similarity characteristics of Talent Transfer materials through statistics of domestic and foreign athletes with Talent Transfer or conversion.Finally,it puts forward the enlightenment of Talent Transfer on China's practice.Through analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:1.Competitive sports Talent Transfer is an era product formed by the local concept of China's early transformation into talent and the fusion of foreign selection concepts.2.The diversified demands for Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China are expressed in the dual Olympics preparation demands,talent shortage demands,projectimbalance demands,low talent ratio demands and talent inherent demands.3.The implementation characteristics of the Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China are as follows: The "Tokyo Olympics"-based Summer Olympics project is led by emerging extreme events,and rugby,kayaking,rowing,track and field and other projects are promoted in sequence,Set incentives and safeguards,the number of applicants for emerging projects showed a big difference.The“Beijing Winter Olympics”-based ice and snow project has a wide range of project coverage and rich sources of material selection.After multiple rounds of selection of talents,the selection indicators are more detailed,the policies and systems are well-protected,and the implementation effect has been quite effective.4.To classify athletes with Talent Transfer based on the leading factors of competitive ability,it is found that the Talent Transfer success rate between the same event group is significantly higher than that between the different event groups.The Similar physical features,personality psychological characteristics,similar sports quality characteristics and similar core skill characteristics.5.The practical enlightenment of Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China has an objective response to Talent Transfer,correctly understand the competitive value of Talent Transfer,change the training concept,establish a "diversified" talent training model,focus on transplantation between items,and promote early multi-item training for athletes.Make good use of the power of science and technology,improve the scientific and technological content of Talent Transfer training,strengthen international exchanges,organically combine "please come in" with "going out",create the Talent Transfer competition,give full play to the leverage of sports competitions,improve the incentive guarantee,and promote Talent Transfer Program Reasonable and effective implementation. |
