Martial arts is a traditional sport of the Chinese nation,carrying the history and culture of our country.With the development of "martial arts into campus activities" in recent years,more and more schools have opened martial arts general courses.However,due to the complexity of martial arts techniques and movements,the basic quality requirements of students are high,and the number of hours is limited.Therefore,in order to learn martial arts courses well,we need to take the next step seriously Kungfu.In the past martial arts teaching,the teaching mode is the teacher's demonstration standard action.Students mechanically imitate the teacher's action,and then they are familiar with the action they have learned through practice.But this kind of teaching method usually causes the situation that students are unwilling to learn and teachers are tired of teaching.At the same time,in the process of imitating the teacher's movements,because of the different understanding of the movements between the students,there are also different degrees of differences in the movements made by the students,often there are different degrees of differences between the movements made by the students and the standard movements.Based on this,the study introduces video feedback teaching on the basis of traditional physical education teaching methods,aiming to explore the teaching effect,teaching quality and teaching efficiency of video feedback teaching method in the third way of primary Changquan through experiments.In this paper,62 students of light industry vocational and technical college are studied by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment.The students are divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group.The traditional teaching method and the video feedback teaching method are used to teach.Before the experiment,the basic information of the students' body shape and physical quality are tested After the experiment,the skills,theories and physical qualities of the two groups of students were tested.The students' skills,learning interests,satisfaction with teaching methods and classroom atmosphere and comprehensive ability were investigated.By sorting out and analyzing the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the comparative analysis of the skill scores of the experimental group and the control group,it is found that compared with the traditional teaching method,the video feedback teaching method is more helpful to improve students' martial arts skill scores.2.After the experiment,the physical quality of the experimental group and the control group were tested and compared,and it was found that the effect of video feedback teaching method on the improvement of students' physical quality was more obvious.3.Through the comparison and analysis of the results of the questionnaire before and after the experiment,it is found that the video feedback teaching method can improve the students' learning interest and skills cognitive ability.4.Through the comparative analysis of the students' questionnaires after the experiment,it is concluded that the video feedback teaching method can improve the students' ability of finding,analyzing and solving problems,the ability of cooperation among students and the ability of social communication.The students' satisfaction with the teaching method and the classroom atmosphere is stronger,and the relationship between teachers and students is more harmonious.5.Through the comparative analysis of the theoretical scores of the experimental group and the control group,it is found that there is no significant difference between the video feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method in improving the theoretical scores of martial arts.
