As an important task in the development of teachers' specialization,teachers 'subject knowledge evaluation has attracted increasing attention from researchers.Due to the shortcomings of traditional teachers 'disciplinary knowledge evaluation methods,such as time-consuming,low objectivity,and neglecting individual differences of teachers,this paper proposes a method for evaluating teachers' disciplinary knowledge based on graph isomorphism.First,use the concept map to visualize the teacher's subject knowledge,and then introduce the graph isomorphism algorithm to compare the teacher's personal concept map with the standard concept map,and finally evaluate the teacher's subject knowledge based on the degree of agreement between the two.Since the author's main research field is in the discipline of information technology,this article has carried out the following main work with the background of information technology:(1)Construction of teacher's personal concept map.The speech transcription tool was used to convert the individual classroom record of the teacher into text data,which was used as a data source in combination with its corresponding teaching design.First,the document is pre-processed such as text segmentation,and concepts are extracted through phrase extraction,Text Rank-based keyword extraction,and useless word filtering.Second,the dependency content analysis is used to extract the conceptual relationship of the document content.The teacher's personal concept map is constructed for visual display.(2)Construction of standard concept maps.Collect the corresponding textbooks,curriculum standards,lesson plans,and test question materials for each topic and use them as data sources to extract concepts using the TF-IDF algorithm.The concept relationship extraction uses the rule-based Apriori algorithm.The final visualization also uses Network X tools.After the standard concept map was constructed,it was validated based on commonly used algorithm evaluation indicators.(3)Implementation and application of VF-2 graph isomorphism algorithm.After the teacher's personal concept map and standard concept map are constructed,the nodes are encoded as the input of the VF-2 algorithm and implemented in Network X.By analyzing the results of graph isomorphism experiments,it is found that there is a positive correlation between the isomorphism degree and teachers' subject knowledge.The final experimental results show that the teacher's subject knowledge evaluation method based on graph isomorphism has applicability in the information technology disciplines of elementary and middle schools.Therefore,the research content of this paper provides a brand-new alternative for the teacher's subject knowledge evaluation.
