Class management and student management is an important work of the head teacher.The head teacher is a unique individual,whose leadership behavior and leadership style have their own characteristics.Different head teachers' leadership behaviors have certain influence on students' academic performance,students' problem behaviors and class environment.Therefore,how the head teacher's personal characteristics and leadership behavior affect students' academic performance is a question worth exploring.At the same time,up to now,there are few empirical studies in this field in China,and few studies combining these two factors.In Lian Yungang city in view of this,this study 24 H middle school the first grade class as the research object,the fuzzy set based on small sample case analysis qualitative comparative analysis method,by building a truth table and access to simplify Boolean function,calculated the different class teacher personal characteristics and leadership behavior on students' mid-term stage and performance of factors influencing the path and the combination,and for the head teacher personal characteristics and leadership behavior how to influence student academic performance to provide Suggestions for reference.This paper mainly uses the teacher's leadership behavior questionnaire compiled by professor Wu Wudian to measure and define the leadership behavior of 24 head teachers in grade one,and takes the leadership behavior of head teachers as the main explanatory variable.At the same time,demographic variables such as gender,subjects taught,teaching years and marital status of 24 headteachers were collected through interviews,which were regarded as four explanatory variables other than the leadership behavior of the head teachers.24 in addition,this paper will be the first grade class midterm and final grades as outcome variables,through qualitative comparative analysis method,fuzzy set respectively won the mid-term grades lead to students in combined with the condition factor of the mid-term grades and increase students' final grades and final condition factors combination of performance decline.The results indicate that in H high school as a whole,the head teacher of democratic leadership behavior is the most popular with the students,to build a good relationship between teachers and students,can help students improve academicperformance,at the same time with the teacher in charge personal characteristics such as the diversity of the combination of factors,different factors combination different influence on student's academic performance.This research result can not only fill the deficiency of empirical research in this field,but also help us to understand how the personal characteristics and leadership behaviors of head teachers affect students' academic performance,so as to provide a reference for improving students' academic performance more effectively.
