School sports is an important part of sports,and the teachers are the main force in the development of school sports.In recent years,with the increasing importance of the state to school sports,the responsibilities and pressure of PE teachers are greater.How to improve the effectiveness of students' physical education and improve the effect of physical education has become a problem for PE teachers.Sports teachers'leading behavior refers to the physical education teachers in the teaching process of a series of teaching behavior,including teaching behavior,pay attention to students'behavior,management behavior,the recognition behavior and communication behavior five dimensions.This study will be physical education teachers in the teaching process to quantify the teaching behavior of intangible,can accurately help self-awareness leadership behavior and characteristics of physical education teachers,clear development direction,leadership behavior,so as to improve the physical education teachers to help students in physical education learning effectively,improve sports teaching effect,promote the better development of the school sports.In this study,15 middle-school physical education teachers in suqian middle school and maoling middle school in suqian city,jiangsu province were selected as test subjects.Part of what they teach students "sports teacher leading behavior questionnaire",600,with practice on students' own physical education teachers to rate,and the data collection,finally calculate the total score.The scale is level 5 likert scale score,some of the topics to reverse scoring method,physical education teachers in which the dimension of the average total score is higher,said the sports teachers'leading behavior tend to be more what dimension of leadership behavior.Through the analysis of suqian city middle school physical education teachers as a whole,teachers under test can be divided into three different types of leadership behavior,including recognition behavior leading,focus on students' behavior leading behavior leading and management students.Secondly,the differences between the different sexes of physical education teachers and the different teaching age of PE teachers were analyzed.At the same time,the students' extracurricular activities and physical condition are analyzed in the leadership behavior of physical education teachers.Furthermore,the characteristics of three types of leadership behaviors were further analyzed from the perspective of students' physical training and physical condition.Finally,the article USES the method of correlation analysis,from the enthusiasm of student sports study,extracurricular physical training and physical quality comprehensive explores the suqian three different type of leadership behavior of sports teacher's leadership behavior and the relationship between the sports teaching effect,thus the following conclusions:(1)The leadership behavior of middle school sports teachers in suqian is divided into three types of leadership behaviors,namely,the management behavior,the focus on students' behavior,and the appreciation behavior.Among them,male physical education teachers and female physical education teachers only have differences in the dimension of teaching behavior,and there are no differences in other dimensions.There are differences in teaching behavior,attention to student behavior,management behavior and communication behavior in different teaching age,and there is no difference in recognition behavior dimension.The dimensions of the leadership behavior of PE teachers are not different in the students' extracurricular activities,and they are not different in the physical quality of the students.(2)The suqian middle school physical education teachers in three different types of leadership behavior characteristic for physical education teachers in charge of behavior leading students to attend after-school activity is poorer,physical quality general level.The students who appreciate the dominant PE teachers can take an active part in extracurricular physical exercise,but their physical quality is poor.The students who pay attention to the students' behaviors are better in the attitude of taking part in physical exercise,and the students' physical quality is also better.(3)The recognition behavior leading sports teacher leading behavior of sports teaching effect has more significant positive impact,management behavior leading sports teacher leading behavior has negative effect on physical education teaching effect,pay attention to students' sports behavior leading teacher leading behavior and there is no correlation between sports teaching effect.Finally,starting from this study,combined with the present stage suqian middle school sports teaching present situation and the actual situation of physical education teachers,for suqian middle school physical education teachers,and other sports teachers put forward some enlightenment.Physical education teachers should accurately locate himself and clear their leadership behavior tendency,understand what kind of leadership behavior can benefit students,are beneficial to the physical education teaching,check leakage fill a vacancy,combined with the actual learning,improve their comprehensive qualities,further optimize their teaching leadership behavior,effectively help the student to carry on the effective physical education learning,improve sports classroom teaching effect,promote the continuous development of school sports.
