Since the enrollment expansion in 1999,the scale of higher education in China has grown rapidly,and the gross enrollment rate has reached the pass line of higher education popularization.The growth of "quantity" brings about the challenge of "quality".How to improve the quality of graduate education and realize the leap of "quality" of higher education has become a social concern.Practice is an important stage in graduate education,which plays an important role in promoting the growth of graduate students' learning ability.It is an important way to improve the practice work to pay attention to the practice experience of graduate students and understand their experience and perception,harvest and regret in the practice.At the same time,it is also the inevitable requirement of advanced education concepts such as "quality education as the core" and "focusing on the growth of students".Based on the theory of student development,organizational socialization,career planning and grounded theory as research methods,this paper uses qualitative interview to explore the practice experience of graduate students.In this paper,30 graduate students from 5 universities in n city are selected as the interviewees to obtain the first-hand information about their internship experience through in-depth interviews.Then through NVivo 11 plus qualitative research software,qualitative analysis of the interview text,obtained the master's "Internship selection experience","internship process experience" and "Internship effect experience".The specific contents and viewpoints are as follows:1.The selection of practice for postgraduates is related to the school related experience: the selection of practice experience is related to the promotion of educational background,the realization of a dream of a famous school,academic research and other factors.The interviewees fully affirmed all kinds of achievements since they went to graduate school.They not only got the promotion of professional knowledge and practical ability,but also made their academic and career planning clear gradually.After comprehensive consideration,many students give up their studies and choose to practice.Some schools will arrange centralized practice,and some students will choose to practice in school.Tutors have different attitudes towards internships.Some want students to concentrate on their studies and become "clear opposition type",while more tutors are "understanding support type" and "ambiguous type".2.Experience related to personal experience: students will find suitable internship through network information,their own network of contacts,and university employment information resources.Constantly compare the differences between different positions and different internship units,and combine their own experience to find more development path.But it also exposed that in the process of practice,students blindly "try wrong" and lack of self-evaluation,in order to pursue the latest hot industry and separate from the actual situation of individuals.3.Experience in the process of postgraduate internship: at the beginning of internship,just arrived at the new working environment,and experienced strangeness and freshness in terms of emotion.In the process of internship,the work content challenges the interns.There is a two-way match between the posts,which depends on whether it is in line with the career direction,whether it is suitable for the post content,whether it likes the practice,whether it is competent for the practice,whether it can adapt to the pace of practice,and whether it can stick to the expected length of time.The experience of the unit environment reflects the differences of the nature of the unit: the Internet enterprise is very cutting-edge,full of company feelings,advanced working environment,but the overtime culture is prevalent;the state-owned enterprise is very standardized,which is manifested in the emphasis on rules and regulations and processes,strict hierarchy of the upper and lower levels,and the welfare is generally better than the private enterprise;the traditional institutions are very stable,and it seems that the working atmosphere is easy and smooth,and the staff are hard to work The spirit is weak and the development prospect is clear but limited.In terms of interpersonal relationship,the experience of getting along with colleagues includes three types: intimacy,alienation and rational getting along.Some people are taught a lot and some people can't stand it.4.Experience of postgraduate internship effect: internship has paid a lot of "price",which reduces students' investment in their studies and may be treated unfairly,so they will face psychological collapse.However,the practice has brought many changes and growth,first of all,the improvement of external ability,mainly in the aspects of communication and expression,learning ability,etc.;second,the enhancement of internal ability,mainly reflected in the aspects of pressure resistance,self driving,cognition,etc.;finally,the improvement of emotional attitude and mental level,manifested in channeling negative emotions and cultivating positive emotions.The overall benefit of internship is not only to promote mental growth and ability improvement,but also to promote job selection and employment.5.The influencing factors and optimization strategies of the internship experience of Postgraduates: first,the internship content,the internship unit and the intern individual,which are the main factors affecting the internship experience.Secondly,how to optimize the internship experience of interns,mainly from graduate students,schools,enterprises and society.First,graduate students should choose their major and balance their studies and practice,put an end to meaningless practice,lower their attitude and adjust their mentality,and cultivate their ability of independent learning;second,enterprises should enhance the planned challenge and richness of practice content,and improve the level of organizational socialization through training or mentoring system;third,society should adjust the talent training system to meet the market demand,and promote school enterprise cooperation In order to realize the deep integration of industry and education,and assist the financial policy to create an atmosphere of internship and employment.In conclusion,this study is to through the interview to get the complicated personal experience to display and explanation,and further analyze the individual experience reflects the practical problems,finally puts forward countermeasures research is mainly targeted at investigation,students do think the manifestation outside tacit knowledge,let the students' personal experience get a text to save fuzzy,which can be known by the successor,and indirect learning to relevant experiences and lessons,the flowing water of soldiers for the students to increase a manual guidance from senior or companion's growth.
