With China’s 40 years of reform and opening up,higher education has achieved great development and prosperity.As a young subject,the research of higher education has made great breakthrough both in quantity and quality.At the same time,the development of anything is not achieved overnight.In recent years,with the abolition of higher education major in some comprehensive universities,higher education is facing the crisis of rational survival.And the quality of postgraduate training in higher education specialty of comprehensive universities does not meet the needs of social development,the problems such as the difficulty in employment of postgraduate students have gradually come into the field of vision of researchers,and the training of postgraduate in higher education is facing deep-level reform problems.In this context,this study focuses on the talent training program for the master’s degree in higher education of China’s comprehensive universities,clarifies the current situation and existing problems of the talent training program,and aims to put forward feasible suggestions for optimizing the talent training program for the master’s degree in higher education of China’s comprehensive universities.The training scheme as a guiding document for postgraduate education,is prerequisite to safeguard the quality of personnel training.Therefore,based on the theory of comprehensive human development and the core quality of Chinese students’ development,this research takes the talent training scheme as the starting point,and selects the training scheme of higher education specialty of postgraduate in comprehensive universities as the research object.With comprehensive use of literature research,text analysis and qualitative analysis tools such as Nvivo.This paper selects the postgraduate training programs of 27 comprehensive universities in China as the research objects,and downloads,sorts out and analyzes the training programs,focusing on the four modules of training objectives,training methods,curriculum setting and quality assessment in talent training scheme,this paper clarifies the current situation and characteristics of the postgraduates of higher education training program in comprehensive universities in the above four modules,sort out the text of the talent training program and reveals the existing problems,and puts forward the following suggestions for further optimizing the quality of higher education postgraduate training in comprehensive universities in China.Specifically,it includes: First,cultivating students’ ability of independent development and focusing on the needs of future career development,to meet the needs of national development and construct the goal of specialized talent training;Second,curriculum design should pay attention to practice orientation,perfect the course structure and optimize the course content;Third,the training mode focuses on clarifying the rights and responsibilities of instructors,strengthen students’ social participation and guarantee "one person one plan" for talent training;Fourthly,the assessment and evaluation should pay attention to changing the evaluation concept and making the assessment content clear.Improve the assessment indicators,pay attention to the whole process of assessment,and ensure the quality of talent training.All the above measures make the graduate students of higher education in comprehensive universities have a better serving to the needs of social development.
