With the continuous improvement of people's living needs and quality of life,the general trend of tourism development is rising,and a number of high-quality professional service personnel will be urgently needed.Secondary vocational schools are important bases for cultivating tourism talents.Post practice in the educational practice of secondary vocational schools is an important link in the training of tourism talents.On the one hand,internship can enable students to master the skills in practice,on the other hand,it can also enable them to know the status of the industry.By investigating the internship experience satisfaction of tourism interns in secondary vocational schools,this paper explores how to improve the internship experience satisfaction of tourism interns in secondary vocational schools.In this study,the internship experience satisfaction of tourism interns in secondary vocational schools is taken as the breakthrough point.First of all,the existing literature on internship satisfaction is summarized and used as the research basis.Then,the semi-structured interview of 10 interns of tourism specialty in secondary vocational schools are conducted by in-depth interviews,and the influencing factors of internship experience satisfaction are found out,so as to excavate the deep content that affects the satisfaction of internship experience.Then,according to the interview content,the paper summarizes the qualitative analysis with the research tool NVIVO12.0.At last,four factors affecting the satisfaction of the tourism professional internship experience are concluded: individual level factors,work level factors,group level factors and the organizational level factors.Suggestions are made to improve the satisfaction degree of internship experience of students by understanding their own personality and strengthening professional cognition,optimizing the management system of the internship unit,and strengthening the guidance of schools in teaching materials,teaching methods and courses,meanwhile improving the internship system in educational institutions,in order to improve students' internship experience satisfaction.This paper adopts qualitative research method to conduct a deeper investigation and study on the internship experience satisfaction of secondary vocational students.It finds out thatthe factors affecting the satisfaction degree of internship experience not only come from the influence of the internship units that students need to adapt to,but also from the blindness of students in choosing their majors and the lack of clear cognition of majors in the learning process.At the same time,the school education teaching,curriculum and teaching quality factors also affects the internship experience satisfaction in the different degree.Therefore,from the perspective of application,this paper is helpful to improve the internship experience satisfaction of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools and enrich the theories of tourism education in secondary vocational schools.
