With the advent of the new era,people's attention to teachers has increased,and the requirements for teachers have also increased.On the current problems appear in the image of physical education teachers,sparked widespread concern in society.People still have stereotypes about the image of physical education teachers,which has seriously affected the construction of physical education teachers.With the continuous deepening of higher education reform and development,young teachers have become the backbone of frontline teaching in colleges and universities,and they have played a key role in cultivating university talents.Good image of teachers have college youth role model,as a young teacher sports disciplines,they are the main force of college physical education teachers,they need to not only teach motor skills to students,but also the dissemination of knowledge,the young teacher to the students of the university in what The influence of image on the healthy growth of college students is related to college education and the future development of the country.Therefore,it is of great significance to continuously improve and optimize the image of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The image of young physical education teachers in colleges is divided into two main images,which are external image and internal image.The external image includes: body image,instrument image,teaching image and language image;the internal image includes: teacher image,academic image,ability image and innovative image.This article mainly takes college students from 11 undergraduate colleges in Nanjing as the survey object,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method and logic analysis method to analyze the image of young sports teachers in colleges and universities in order to improve the physical education teachers Quality,optimize the construction of young sports teachers in colleges and universities to provide a better scientific basis and theoretical reference.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The evaluation of the image of young physical education teachers of Nanjing undergraduate colleges in order from high to low is: instrument image,physical image,teacher image,language image,teaching image,ability image,innovation image,and academic image.The overall external image of young physical education teachers is higher than the internal image.College students of different genders have significant differences in the evaluation of young physical education teachers 'images.The differences in the evaluation of young physical education teachers' images by college students of different grades are mainly in the lower and higher grades.There is a significant difference between the grades,that is,freshmen and sophomores and seniors and seniors.(2)The article analyzes the current status of the image of young physical education teachers in Nanjing undergraduate colleges and universities,and understands that the overall image of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities is well evaluated,which is specifically reflected in the recognition of the external image of young physical education teachers by college students,but it still cannot be denied Problems and shortcomings,this article summarizes the main problems of the current image of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities,and analyzes the reasons for their problems.The thesis points out: the imbalance of the personal knowledge structure of young physical education teachers leads to insufficient teaching ability;although the appearance and appearance of the instrument is good,but the connotation is lacking;when focusing on professional skills,it neglects the demands of theory;blindly meets technical teaching and scientific research The level is still a short board;it is conservative in education concept and lacks a certain sense of innovation.(3)After in-depth research,this article addresses the problems of the current image of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities,and then combines the background of the times to propose the following countermeasures: Young physical education teachers in colleges and universities need to enrich their personal knowledge structure and improve their teaching ability;continue to strengthen their image awareness and improve their internal cultivation;It is also necessary to actively combine theory with practice,and promote mutual promotion of teaching and research;constantly update old teaching concepts and strive to create a good teaching atmosphere;relevant functional departments of colleges and universities also need to improve the admission mechanism of young physical education teachers and optimize young physical education Teacher evaluation system.The research results suggest that young PE teachers in colleges and universities are highly valued in the current era,facing good opportunities for development,but also facing challenges.Therefore,young PE teachers in colleges and universities should constantly improve their image and strive to improve their personal image.Promote the good development of young physical education teachers in colleges and universities,optimize the construction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,and improve the status and recognition of overall physical education teachers.
