Emotion plays an important role in the development of individual's physical and mental health.Emotion reactivity and emotion regulation are the core contents in the field of emotion research.The stable and special attachment style formed in the attachment interaction with significant others in the early childhood will continue to influence the emotional response and regulation mode of the individual in the process of growth.As an insecure attachment,anxious attachment is usually regarded as an important risk factor for individual emotional distress and poor emotional regulation.On the basis of previous theories and empirical studies,this study takes domestic college students as the research objects,and comprehensively investigates the emotional problems of individuals with anxious and secure attachment from the perspectives of emotional generation and emotional regulation.Study 1 used questionnaires and experiments to examine the relationship between attachment anxiety level and emotional reactivity.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between attachment anxiety level and emotional reactivity,and the emotional reactivity of anxious attachment college students is significantly higher than that of secure attachment college students.According to the score task of emotional picture,the students with anxious attachment had higher emotional reactivity under physical or social stimulation,and the students with anxious attachment had significantly higher emotional reactivity in the face of physical stimulation than those with secure attachment.However,under social emotional stimulation,there was no significant difference in emotional reactivity between the two groups of attachment college students,mainly because the emotional reactivity of secure attachment college students under social emotional stimulation was significantly higher than that under physical stimulation.Study 2 used is emotion regulation strategies selection task,with mixed experimental design methods,secure and anxious attachment to college students in physical and social by using cognitive reappraisal,and pay attention to the transfer of two strategies to adjust differences between the choice of negative emotions,and to further explore two types of attachment using specific emotions adjustment strategy adjustment effect.Results show that under the two different types of emotional stimuli,secure attachment college students more choices cognitive reappraisal strategy to regulate mood,while anxious attachment college students more choices attention transfer strategies to regulate mood,especially in social stimuli secure attachment cognitive reappraisal strategy choice percentage anxious attachment is significantly higher than the percentage of cognitive reappraisal strategy choice;Moreover,thepercentage of attachment secure college students who used cognitive reappraisal strategy to regulate their emotions under low intensity negative physical stimuli was significantly lower than that under social negative emotional stimuli.In addition to attachment security and attachment anxiety of college students use two kinds of emotion regulation strategy adjustment effect analysis found that the regulation effect does not exist between the two groups had no significant difference,while the cognitive reappraisal and pay attention to the adjustment between the two kinds of strategy adjustment effect exists significant difference,in other words,under the two kinds of low intensity emotional stimuli,relative to use attention transfer strategy,two groups of participants in the use of cognitive reappraisal strategy after reports that produces less negative emotional experience.The study concludes as follows:(1)There is a positive correlation between the emotional reactivity and attachment anxiety level of Chinese college students.The higher the attachment anxiety level,the higher the emotional reactivity.The emotional reactivity of students with anxious attachment under different emotional stimuli is higher than that of students with secure attachment.Secure attachment college students showed higher levels of emotional reactivity under low intensity social emotional stimulation than under low intensity physical emotional stimulation.(2)In the two kinds of low intensity negative emotional stimuli,anxious attachment college students more attention transfer strategy to adjust the choice of negative emotions,and attachment security individuals prefer to choose cognitive reappraisal strategy.Especially in social emotional stimuli,attachment anxious college students adjusting the negative emotional cognitive reappraisal strategy is used when the percentage is lower than the percentage of secure attachment cognitive reappraisal strategy choice.(3)In the case of low intensity negative emotional stimulation,secure and anxious attachment college students chose cognitive reappraisal strategy to regulate their emotions better than attention transfer strategy to regulate their emotions.
