The kindergarten course repository is a functional space used by the kindergarten to sort,process and store and transfer the collected curriculum resources,which serves the activities of children and teachers.With the development of the project of "gamification of kindergarten curriculum" in Jiangsu Province,kindergartens pay more and more attention to the course repository,and explore the course repository construction one after another,which has accumulated a lot of experience and promoted children's learning.However,there are still some problems in practice,such as inaccurate value positioning of the course repository,single resource form and lack of hierarchical and systematic management.Therefore,the utilization rate and effectiveness of the course resources should be improved.This research adopts the questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method and literature method,starting from the current situation of the kindergarten course repository construction,trying to comprehend the kindergarten teachers,principals and managerial personnel's understanding of the course repository and the construction,management and utilization of the course repository.The status quo of the current situation,examine the actual role of the course repository,the main problems,and explore the factors that affect the course repository construction.Under the guidance of knowledge management theory,Piaget's cognitive development theory and Dewey's experience curriculum view,effective suggestions are put forward for the construction,management and utilization of the course repository.The research results show that,first of all,teachers,principals and managerial personnel have a clearer understanding of the necessity of the course repository,but their understanding of the value of the course repository needs to be improved.Secondly,most kindergartens already have the course repository,and have some conditions and guarantees for further construction,but they still cannot fully meet the needs of children and teachers,so the construction and management need to be further optimized,especially the role of managerial personnel needs to be strengthened.Thirdly,the kindergarten can construct and manage t the course repository from the perspectives of curriculum needs,the characteristics of resources,teachers' needs and the experience of using resources,but the attention to children's interest,needs,age characteristics and experience is not enough.Finally,all kindergartens attach importance to resource collection,update and evaluation to different degrees.Teachers can obtain resources in various ways,but the relevant system guarantee is not sufficient,and there are still some problems for teachers to obtain resources.The study found that the course repository construction is affected by many factors,including the importance of kindergarten to the course repository and relevant concepts,the kindergarten curriculum and material basis,the funds and institutional guarantee,the expansion of sharing platform and the provision of intelligent means,support from managerial personnel,teachers and expert teams,parents,community and social,etc.The author discusses the basic requirements of the kindergarten course repository construction from the aspects of suitability,purpose,richness,hierarchy,organic character,situation and safety.Through the discussion and analysis of the research results,the researchers put forward the following suggestions: first,improve teachers' awareness of curriculum resources,and further incorporate the course repository construction into kindergarten curriculum construction work;second,scientific management and dynamic construction of the course repository to meet the needs of diversified activities of the kindergarten;Third,continuously improve system in the construction and management system of the course repository,improve the service quality of managerial personnel,and cooperate with kindergartens,families,communities and other parties to participate in the course repository construction;fourth,strengthen the use of resources by children and teachers,and make efforts to bring into play the effects of resources in promoting the development of children;fifth,strengthen the summary and reflection of the teachers,and constantly improve the level and quality of the course repository construction.
