Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid improvement of economic conditions,the increasingly rich material supply,people's living habits have changed,rich diet,physical activity decreased,the incidence of obesity rate rose rapidly,people for obesity and worry.Obesity has become one of the most serious problems in the world.Shanghai peak sports management co.,LTD.Is a sports and fitness service enterprise which is established by students of Shanghai university of physical education and is engaged in theoretical research and scientific fitness practice of weight loss.The practice of reducing weight nearly ten years has got rid of the trouble of obesity for tens of thousands of obese patients.Peak weight loss training camp is to provide fitness services for the customers of the enterprise,the retention of trainees is the peak weight loss training camp this service nature of the enterprise's mission to survive.Thus,it can be seen that putting the needs of students in the first place,improving service quality and improving students' satisfaction are crucial to the development of enterprises.Service industry customer satisfaction theory,this study basis with peak weight loss weight loss camp student satisfaction index model building and empirical as the research object,take the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method investigating the peak weight loss weight loss camp students,build the latent variables of perceived quality,brand image,perceived value,students expected satisfaction model of students,student satisfaction,loyalty,and the model constructed by using AMOS to analyze factors affecting weight loss weight loss camp student satisfaction,and the peak weight loss weight loss camp,analyzing the present situation and problems of students' satisfaction to the following conclusion:(1)The satisfaction model of trainees in the peak weight loss training camp was constructed.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction in the service industry,this study makes an empirical analysis of the model by using Amos17.0,and proves that the model is suitable for the training camp of peak weight loss and can be used as a model for evaluation.(2)The established research model assumes a direct positive impact.The research model assumed that 9 of the results passed the correlation significance test and had a direct positive effect.(3)Perceived quality is the most important factor affecting student satisfaction.The current peak weight loss boot camp should focus on improving the management of accommodation,the effectiveness of the training and the staff's sense of service.(4)There is a strong causal relationship between student satisfaction and student loyalty.The current peak weight loss and weight loss camp urgently needs to improve student satisfaction.(5)The overall satisfaction of the trainees in the peak weight loss camp is at an average level.(6)Through descriptive statistical analysis,different bases,gender,grade,educational background and monthly income have differences in students' satisfaction,which should be treated differently and targeted services should be provided.
