Objective: Overweight and obesity are hot topics in global research in recent decades.Not only is the incidence of overweight and obesity high in adulthood,but recent decades researches have shown that the trend of overweight and obesity has developed to the younger age group.The physical fitness test of primary and secondary school students in China is not up to the standard.Overweight,obesity,physical decline and other problems are appeared,and the most fundamental reasons for this situation are inadequate physical activity,excessive energy and protectionism of schools and their parents.The traditional way to lose weight is to participate in summer camp or increase exercise to control diet.On the basis of this research,this paper combines the traditional sports mode with variable-speed movement mode,and combines different motion modules to explore the effectiveness of modular variable-speed movement on weight loss.To provide scientific theoretical support for losing weight and improving students' physical quality in primary and secondary schools.Methods: Forty-five overweight pupils who aged 7-10 years and they were selected and divided into three groups randomly,CON?EXE and EDT.15 pupils in each group.CON does not take any intervention,according to the normal activities of school physical education time;EXE and EDT carry out modular variable speed motion intervention,randomly combine different sports and sports forms into one large exercise module,as the main intervention means each time.Each group was tested for preinternal body composition test,physical fitness test and physiology function;EDT spends 8 weeks of exercise + diet intervention during the physical education class,and intervened twice a week for 40 minutes each time;EXE only performs modular variable speed motion intervention,the exercise intensity is maintained at heart rate 120-150 beats / min,and the test results are analyzed in the longitudinal and vertical longitudinal analysis of the group and the horizontal contrast analysis between groups.All measured data results are measured by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(2)Energy Consumption: TH average METs,energy consumption,and steps of EXE and EDT in each modular shifting exercise intervention were higher than traditional physical education of CON,and there was a significant difference between CON and the others(P<0.05).(3)Body composition: 1.By horizontal comparison,there was significant difference between body weight CON and EDT after intervention(P<0.05),and EXE and EDT also showed significant difference(P<0.05);through longitudinal comparison,EDT The average body weight decreased by 0.74 kg,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).2.The EDT BMI decreased by 0.76 after intervention which had a very significant difference.There was also a significant difference compared with EXE(P<0.05).3.There was a significant difference in the body fat of CON,EXE and EDT in the horizontal direction(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between CON and EXE after intervention,and the amount of CON body fat increased.The average body fat content of longitudinal EDT decreased.0.7kg,a very significant difference(P <0.01).(4)Physical fitness: After intervention,the EXE,EDT and CON solid ball throwing distances were compared horizontally,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),and the average throwing distance of EXE increased more than EDT,and there was a significant difference(P< 0.05).(5)Physiological function: After intervention,the lung capacity and basal metabolic value of the subject increased significantly.EDT vital capacity increased by 316 mml,and EXE average basal metabolic value increased by 14.4 kcal,which was higher than CON and EDT.Conclusions:1.The occurrence of overweight and obesity in primary school students is related to insufficient exercise and high calorie intake in diet.2.Weight Loss Effect of Modular Variable Speed Exercise Combined with Dietary Intervention is better than Modular Variable Speed Exercise group.3.Modular variable speed exercise can promote the improvement of body composition,physical fitness and physiological function.4.Modular variable speed exercise intervention is an innovative way of intervention.
