| Purpose: With the continuous development of society,people’s lives are becoming more and more simple and convenient.Today,with the continuous enrichment of material life,overnutrition has led to the rising rate of obesity,and obesity has gradually become the number one killer of chronic diseases.The obese population has also jumped to the first place in the world.The middle-aged population in China is also a high-risk group of obesity.Due to the characteristics of the body structure,the endocrine of middle-aged women will undergo a series of changes after entering middle age.As a result,the obesity rate of women in the middle-aged group is higher than that of men,so research is carried out for middle-aged obese women.The 28-day self-weight resistance combined training intervention for middle-aged obese women is aimed at proving the influence of self-weight training on the weight loss effect of middle-aged obese women and providing a new training method.Method: Select a base in Shanghai Peak Weight Loss,with a body mass index(BMI ≥ 28)and a body fat rate of more than 30%,and 10 middle-aged obese women aged between 40-55 years old as the experimental subjects,and carried out 28 days of self-weight Resistance combination training(self-weight treadmill aerobic resistance training,self-weight group exercise training,self-weight resistance training),measured the body shape of the participants before and after the training(chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,upper arm skin Fold thickness and subscapular skinfold thickness),body composition(weight,waist-to-hip ratio,body fat rate,body mass index BMI),basal metabolic rate and cardiopulmonary function(vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,resting heart rate)indicators changes,And a comparative analysis of the weekly weight loss trend of participants during the training process.Results: After 28 days of training intervention,the test data before and after training showed:(1)The before and after test results of the changes in body circumference of middle-aged obese women showed that their body circumference(chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,The thickness of the skinfold on the upper arm and the thickness of the skinfold under the scapula were reduced,with a highly significant difference(P<0.01);(2)through the body weight,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI,body weight According to the comparative analysis before and after the experiment,the training method reduced the subjects’ body weight,waist-to-hip ratio and BMI,with a highly significant difference(P<0.01).The body fat rate before and after the experiment decreased.,There is a significant difference(P<0.05);(3)The basal metabolic rate of the body did not increase significantly before and after the experiment.The basal metabolic rate measured before and after the experiment increased by three trainees,and the basal metabolic rate of the remaining seven participants was(4)And the weekly weight change showed a downward trend.Conclusion: 1.Combination training for weight resistance and resistance can help improve the body shape of middle-aged obese women.After 28 days of training,the participants’ arm circumference,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,and forearm skin The thickness of the folds and the thickness of the subscapular skinfolds have been improved,and the test results before and after training have a highly significant difference;2.Weight resistance combined training can improve the body composition,weight,waist-to-hip ratio,body mass index(BMI)and body fat rate of middle-aged obese women,and the effect is obvious in the test before and after training;3.the effect of self-weight resistance combination training is not obvious to increase the basal metabolic rate of middle-aged obese women,and the basal metabolic rate of the participants increased and decreased during the training process;4.Self-weight resistance combined training can improve the blood pressure status of middle-aged obese women,reduce the body pressure difference in a quiet state;and reduce the basic heart rate while reducing fat,and improve the body’s cardiopulmonary function to adapt to exercise. |
