Since the publication of "Chinese Students' Development of Core Literacy" in 2016,the cultivation of core literacy has become the direction of curriculum reform in basic education.Classroom teaching is the main position to cultivate core literacy.Senior high school ideological and political(SHSIP)course is the key course of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".As a compulsory course of basic education,promoting the core literacy to take root not only needs to reflect on traditional teaching due to time and circumstances,but also needs to incorporate new teaching design elements into curriculum teaching to realize the goal of integrating "ideal prospect" and "real people" in SHSIP course and improve the effectiveness of teaching.At the same time,the theory of reverse teaching design(RTD)has been concerned by front-line teachers since it came into being and has been applied in teaching practice.Therefore,using the theory of RTD for reference,we should carry out "RTD" in the practice of SHSIP courses to realize the multiplier effect of ideological and political education and teaching education.RTD starts from the teaching results,puts the evaluation before the teaching activities,and integrates "teaching objectives-teaching evaluation-learning activities" to ensure the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation.It goes in the same direction as the teaching design that points to the core accomplishment of the subject.It has high practical value for the teaching reform of SHSIP courses.Based on the requirements of the new curriculum reform in the cultivation of core literacy for SHSIP courses and the need to reform the traditional teaching design in the reform and innovation of SHSIP courses,on the basis of inheriting the traditional teaching design theory,through analyzing the research status of RTD at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the theoretical research and application research of applying RTD to SHSIP course teaching,so as to provide a beneficial reverse teaching mode for front-line teachers' ideological and political course teaching.This research takes the behavior goal theory,the spiral curriculum theory,the multiple intelligence theory and so on as the argument sources of the RTD,analyzes the basic characteristics of the reverse teaching,such as "logical reverse","evaluation first","student-oriented" and "teaching according to learning",and closely sticks to the value of the RTD in the SHSIP teaching in cultivating the core accomplishment of students' ideological and political discipline,creating a dynamic ideological and political classroom atmosphere and improving the accuracy and effectiveness of classroom teaching.According to the content of SHSIP course,combined with specific teaching cases,through the questionnaire,the survey results are sorted out,and theoretical analysis is carried out to clarify the problems existing in the current SHSIP course teaching design.According to the results of the questionnaire and the theory of RTD,this paper shows the concrete application of reverse design in SHSIP courses.According to the clear expected teaching objectives,the selection of reasonable evaluation methods and the design of appropriate learning activities of SHSIP courses,this paper tries to construct a RTD mode for SHSIP courses,to help the reform of SHSIP education and curriculum teaching,and to provide an effective reference for the research of teaching design of ideological and political courses.
