The new curriculum reform under the education informationization puts forward new requirements for teachers' core literacy,which requires physics teachers to have the ability to reasonably integrate and apply the subject knowledge,teaching method and technology in the actual teaching.TPACK provides a conceptual framework for this.First of all,on the basis of literature research,this paper discusses the theoretical development from PCK to TPACK,and explains the connotation of TPACK for high school physics teachers.Secondly,by analyzing the feasibility and advantages of the integration of literature statistics and analysis technology into physics teaching in recent ten years in the modern education technology section of physics teacher and realizing the TPACK corresponding to physics teachers,we can further understand the importance of TPACK to physics teachers.Thirdly,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of TPACK of senior high school physics teachers in Jiangsu Province.On the basis of good reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the statistical analysis shows that the TPACK of senior high school physics teachers in Jiangsu Province is in the upper middle level as a whole,which has a certain development space.Gender,teaching age,professional title,degree of interest in technology,and satisfaction with modern educational technology equipment have an impact on the score of TPACK's self-efficacy.However,education background and school location have no significant effect on Teachers' TPACK scores.Fourth,interview excellent high school physics teachers to understand the specific performance and causes of TPACK.Fifthly,based on the results of investigation and interview,the paper discusses five strategies to improve the TPACK of senior high school physics teachers: optimizing the training mode and sharing resources;improving the technology application environment to provide guarantee for development;strengthening the inter school communication and learning to consolidate the professional foundation;stimulating interest and promoting the internal driving force;strengthening the teaching and training based on TPACK theory to form a personalized resource base.
