The Enlightenment Of Chinese Traditional Harmony Thought To Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Throughout the history of the development of Chinese traditional culture,we can find that the context of the development of various ideological theories is very clear.The word "harmony" runs through the entire process of the development of ideological culture in China.From our country's oldest inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells and inscription on ancient bronze objects,to "Shuowen Jiezi","Shang Shu","Zhouyi","Mandarin",the four books and other works to today's construction of socialist harmonious society,put forward the concept of human destiny community,traditional harmony thought in the history of China is always flashing the light of wisdom."Harmony" is one of the very important philosophical categories.It emphasizes the coordination and cooperation of heterogeneous elements in the process of generation and development.It shows a spirit of pluralism,harmony,parallelism,and unity of opposition.In the new era,attaching importance to and promoting Chinese traditional harmony thoughts are the inherent requirements for building a harmonious natural environment,building a harmonious socialist society,promoting multicultural communication in the world,and building a community of shared future for mankind.At the same time,we also need to observe the value of traditional harmony in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,such as interpersonal communication,implementation of educational concepts,leading core values,and improving the effectiveness of education.At this stage,there are some discordant factors in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Contradictions and conflicts are constantly emerging,such as the conflict between value rationality and instrumental rationality,and the conflict between morality and morality.These discordant factors cause the lack of effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the imbalance of various relations.Based on this situation,ideological and political education in colleges and universities urgently needs Chinese traditional harmony to play a role in resolving conflicts and integrating conflicts.The article systematically sorted out the ideology of harmony by using the literature research method.Based on the spiritual essence of the ideology of harmony,the article discussed in depth the ideological and political education in universities based on the traditional Chinese ideology of harmony,and proposed the goals,content,methods and Four aspects of the evaluation system are used to innovate and improve collegeideological and political education.Therefore,this paper mainly explores the enlightenment of Chinese traditional thought of harmony to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the practical level,and it can promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to put forward new contents to respond to the practical contradictions,which is innovative to some extent.
