An Empirical Study On The Success Of Korean Taekwondo In The Era Of Globalization

Chinese Wushu is the bright pearl of Chinese national culture.It not only represents the accumulation of Chinese traditional culture,but also represents the long history of China.It reflects the tenacious character and spirit of Chinese people.After thousands of years of evolution and development,Wushu has its own unique cultural characteristics,but it is not optimistic.For such a traditional sport full of historical and cultural connotations,the content and development process that can be explored should not stop here.Taekwondo is a national skill of South Korea,which is similar to Chinese martial arts.It is a traditional sport that can not only strengthen the body but also defend itself.It not only occupies an important position in Korean sports,but also has a certain influence on the international sports stage.After decades of development,Taekwondo has more foreign markets.Although Chinese Wushu has a large market in China,its promotion is far less than that of Taekwondo.However,Chinese and Korean martial arts have great similarities in the aspects of movement technology,system and rule design and cultural background.Therefore,in order to further promote the development of Wushu,it is possible and necessary to learn the successful development experience of Taekwondo.This paper first analyzes the successful experience of Taekwondo from the perspective of comparative study.Based on the analysis of theory and practice,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,expert interview and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the Korean culture and spirit behind Taekwondo,the construction of technical system and the evolution of competition rules,promotion methods,the role of the government and internationalization Process and other aspects to explore the development of Korean Taekwondo in the process of Chinese Wushu reference.Then,a questionnaire was designed to collect and sort out the data on the national views on Korean taekwondo and the transmission mode,understanding degree and sports culture of Chinese martial arts.This paper summarizes the current development situation and existing problems of Chinese martial arts,and further puts forward that Chinese Wushu,which takes Chinese culture as the carrier and presents,should be promoted and publicized on the domestic and international stage in a reasonable way based on the promotion strategies and advantages of Taekwondo.The strategy proposed in this paper can strengthen the self-confidence of Chinese Wushu culture,break the differences,and establish a full range of Wushu communication channels and rules.It is of great practical and theoretical significance to the globalization of Chinese Wushu.
