Research On The Development Strategy Of The Service Industry In Ouhai District, Wenzhou City

Services industry is not only an important part of the national economy but also a critical index to judge the modernization level of a country.As one of three main living areas,Ouhai district has to focus on developing services sector in order to gain ground at a fierce competing time for cities.This thesis is to summarizing the academic study of international and national service industry.Current key features and developing condition of service industry of Ouhai district is to be introduced.The SWOT analysis structure will be set to elaborate on the advantages and disadvantages of internal resources and the opportunities and threats of external environment.The SWOT model is assumed to be a positive exploration of developing strategy of service industry for Ouhai district.Based on the combination of model performing and the academic study,the practical generalization of service industry for Ouhai district is to be discussed completely.The overall concept of “one leding core area,three functional gatherings,six developing parts” will be explained when other specific sectors,such as developing principles,developing targets,focus areas,supporting measures are going to be introduced through this article.The research conclusions of this paper can provide practical guidance for the development of the services industry in Ouhai,and also offe r some revelation and reference for the other regions with the similar development lev el of the services industry.
