Study On Flower Industry Present Situation And Development Strategy In Ouhai

The flower industry is not only a vibrant green industry, but also a beautiful public welfare undertaking. In order to shorten the income gap between urban and rural areas, adjust the industrial structure, the construction happy homeland, air purification, expanding social employment, promoting the construction of ecological civilization, and actively promote the development of flower industry is of great practical significance. Since entering the new century, our party has repeatedly stressed the importance to solve the "three rural" problems and urgency, in this context, China’s agricultural policy has been implemented well and improve, agricultural planting structure has also been adjusted and comprehensive planning. Many local governments through the planning, construction, investment and show the form, promote the development of flower industry area has made some achievements, but compared with the developed countries and the area is still a big gap, the development of flower industry in China is still the primary stage of industry, industry development still exist many problems, need to be perfected.This paper is based on the premise of understanding the current situation of flower industry development and research in abroad, starting from the trend and mode of production of world modern flower production of goods, from the development of flower industry in domestic experience, taking Wenzhou Ouhai district as the research object, the analysis of the current Ouhai flower industry development history, present situation, superiority and opportunity, we summarize several main problems existing in the current development of the flower industry in the region, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem. Study of this article can have theoretical guidance and inspiration significance for the flower industry in this region.
