In today's world,with the deepening of economic globalization,the rapid development of science and technology,and the increasingly fierce international competition,more and more managers realize that talent is the first element of organizational success.The survival and development of enterprises increasingly depend on talents,especially the core talents.The core talents often not only identify with the corporate culture,but also focus on the realization of the corporate vision and strategic objectives,guide and support the development of enterprises.Therefore,core talents are the high-quality part of human resources and the key theme to promote the long-term development of enterprises.At present,in the period of strategic transformation,small and medium-sized logistics enterprises must adapt to the new requirements of enterprise transformation and the new changes of external market environment,accurately grasp the characteristics and laws of the growth of core talents,establish and improve the management system of core talents,and form a set of institutionalized and standardized talent management mode of core talents identification,recruitment,training and motivation,so as to provide sustainable development for the company's intellectual support and more efficient talent security for its future core competitive advantage.This paper studies the retention strategy of core talents in SR company.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of SR company and the current situation of talents,and reveals the current situation of brain drain in SR company in recent five years.Secondly,it expounds the four negative effects brought by brain drain: the increase of human management cost which influences the talent management;the blocking of company's operation which affects the progress and quality of project development;the transmission effects on resignation atmosphere which influence the morale of core talents and the effectiveness of resource investment of SR company;the damage of SR company's reputation.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the four main reasons for the brain drain of SR company,which are the imprecise talent identification mechanism;the imbalance between talent pressure and salary return;the imperfection of talent training and promotion mechanism;the lack of warm care in enterprises.Finally,strategies and measures for retaining SR talents are proposed: realizing the accurate identification of core talents;building a reasonable and fair system of salary performance;establishing a transparent procedure of talent promotion and creating a retention interview throughout the career.
