Robots strategy has been widely deployed in industrialized countries by decades,especially in automotive industry.In recent years,with the emerging concept of Industry 4.0,the robot strategy has become even hotter.How can Chinese companies catch up with advanced countries?Implementation of an appropriate robot strategy is one of key points.Currently,Chinese companies owned robots quantity increases rapidly.While we also often get reports that some of companies,especially electronics manufacturers,encounter variable obstacles and problems when they carry out robots projects.This thesis was focus on the application for robots in the electronics manufacturing companies.The author analyzed the both external environment and internal requirements from a strategic perspective,set up a reference mathematical model for electronics manufacturing companies.They may quickly do an assessment on the robot project already done,or use the model to check the feasibilities of a potential robot project.That may help management team to avoid making bad decisions.The author researched the robots strategies which applied in the electronics manufacturing industry.Firstly,he showed the competitiveness and technology strategy of strategic management and processes,technical theory of operations management,and other related theories of human resource management.Secondly,he analyzed external economic environment and political changes which gave quite a lot of pressure to each company.Also he elaborated the Industry 4.0 trends impact and the technical development of industrial robots.A PEST model gave a summary of all those external factors.Thirdly,he presented the information of his company and the related electronics manufacturing industry.He used a SWOT model to come out a strategic with all external and internal conditions,which was robot implementation strategic.Fourthly,the author elaborated a detail of the robot implement strategic with planning,implementation,evaluation,and control.A simple mathematical model was provided for quick assessing the budget planning and beneficial.The author illustrated the solution of implement robots in production line with an actual case happened in his company for reference.Finally,He had a summary for his thesis and raised extension thoughts.
